HCMC에서 Vung Tau까지 훌륭한 버스 여행. 아침에 출발시간이 30분 일찍으로 변경됐는데 왓츠앱으로 이 사실을 많이 공지했어요. 미니버스는 넓고 깨끗했으며 물과 마사지 설정이 있는 전기 리클라이닝 좌석이 있었습니다. 우리는 한 번 멈춰서 특정 목적지에 내려주었습니다. 이번 여행에는 이 회사를 추천합니다!

Excellent bus trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. The departure time was changed to 30 minutes earlier on the morning but they communicated this by WhatsApp with lots of notice. The minibus was spacious and clean with water and electric reclining seats with massage settings. We stopped once and were dropped off at our specific destination. We would recommend this company for this journey!

If you look at my past reviews, I am not the complaining kind of person but this situation has me feeling like I have to do something so here it is.
Fyi, Ive been in Vietnam for 5 weeks already and Ive had my fair share of Grabs, sleeper buses, sleeper trains and taxi’s but this is my worst experience in a lifetime. The driver has no consideration for life of others on the bus.
The driver from HCIM to Vung Tau was driving as if he was playing MarioCart. Cutting people off and honking constantly, even when he was alone on the road, he was still honking. He hiked two lines almost the whole way. Coming close to Vung Tau, he would take the bike lane on the right where cars are parked and accelerate dangerously and honk at bikes and walkers for them to move out of his way. Once In town, in a 50km zone, my GPS showed me we were doing 85km zigzagging cars, kids on bikes, and other cars as if he owned the places. Then arrived about 3km from our hotel, he stopped on the side of the road and said you, get off here. We asked why and another person came in the “limo” and said, you follow me. We asked why and no response. The new driver repeated hurry, hurry, hurry making us feel like we were cattle hurdling on to our death ride. I asked him if he was in a rush but he never responded to me.
We were brought to the hotel street and told to walk up without explaining the reason why.
We will NEVER get this company again I suggest you look elsewhere like HK busline and others with which we have been using for the past month.
Fyi, I booked a Grab back to the airport and got a similar price in an EV and the driver was very polite and driving like a normal person
You book a time online, then pay, then get a message that bus/time is full. Then next time, book to airport, pay, only to be told the bus we booked doesn't go to airport. Better real time booking system required
