Joshua CClean, comfortable bus. They showed up to pick us up on time. They took us all the way to our hotel on Cat Ba Island. (Bus actually stopped in Hai Phong but taxis were arranged to take us to the ferry and pick us up after the ferry ride).

Thilo KOnly 1 toilet stop for an 11 hour trip. The first toilet stop was only after 4 hours. That‘s waaay too long.

Yannick MThe nightbus was overbooked so people had to sleep in the middle of the bus without a cabine. There were multiple changes of busses where the driver did not now which people he has to take with.

Hannah SWe had to take a pickup bus outside from ha giang, just to be transported back to town. Our trip was from ha giang to cat ba. The driver drov fast and at the harbour he turned of the bis for 1,5 hours. After that he woke us up and we had to go to the ferry by foot. After the ferry we were transportrt with a Minibus. Normaöy no big deal but there was no information at any point for the passangers what was going on. I can't recommend

Tim GComfortable and clean VIP sleeper bus. On our Ha Giang to Cat Ba trip, we did stop quite a lot. We also had to switch to a van about 30 minutes before the ferry and then get on the ferry by foot, which is not ideal around 5AM. On the island, a taxi was ready to pick us up and did contact our slightly remote hotel to pick us up somewhere.

Michael Bus was comfortable but i didn't realise we had to transfer off of the big bus at 4am to go into a minibus instead of just staying on the bus to Cat Ba

Monika OI took a night bus from Ha Giang to Cat Ba. The experience was good overall. One surprising part was that we were transferred from the bus to a car in Haiphong and then took a ferry and then another car. There was just 4 people heading this destination and probably that was the reason. However, everything was well organized, and we were dropped off at the exact destination, which was nice.

Liona We got the bus from ha giang 9 pm to cat ba (estimated arrival time on the website was 7am) trough Hanoi and got dropped at the office in the middle of the night not knowing when our transfer would be (we couldnt reach anyone). From the first sleeping bus to the next bus to Cat Ba , we waited 4,5 hours. We arrived in Cat Ba around 12pm. The busses were of great quality, but the communication lacked.
