This was our first time taking a bus and it was a very good experience. Organisation was done via whatsapp, we got picked up with a limousine and brought to the bus. The bus went 1 hour earlier and arrived earlier. It was very comfortable amd the driver was driving well. The only thing we didn't like, was that the drop-off point was not the same as on the website. We got dropped of at a cafe 10 min by car from the bus station. We had to take a grab to the hotel. Still, we would use this bus company again.

They referred us to another bus company due to their bus having “mechanical issues”. They booked upper cabins for us with the other company, even though we originally booked lower cabins. The overall price with the new company was $30 USD lower than what we originally paid, which I’m sure HK pocketed. My girlfriend also had loose hair all over her cabin as well.

I booked the bus via the website but there is no information as to where the bus leaves from. I booked anyway and had to contact Ga Ran travel directly to get them to tell me. It was the main bus station behind the airport, which I did not know about. This should be prominent information. The bus was OK with two toilet breaks in the 6 hour trip.

Overall the service was good. The bus was on time. Unfortunately my usb charger didn’t work. The only downside was the conductor came and asked for money, I told him that ticket was paid online, but he came around twice. WiFi was week
