야간 버스가 예정보다 45분 일찍 출발한다는 메시지를 받아서 아주 기뻤습니다. 침대 버스 자체도 쾌적하고 꽤 아늑했습니다. 심지어 화장실도 있었어요. 중간 정차도 없고 교통 체증도 심하지 않아서 2시간이나 일찍 도착했습니다. 원래 5시 30분에 도착 예정이었는데 3시 30분에 도착해서 호텔에 하룻밤 더 묵어야 했습니다. 낮에 여유 시간을 더 가질 수 있었으면 좋았겠지만, 뭐 크게 불만은 없습니다.

Received a message about our night bus that it will leave 45 minutes earlier than expected, which we were quite happy about, the sleeper bus itself is also nice and relatively cozy. We even had toilet on board. Since we didn’t have any stop and there was not much traffic, we arrived 2 hours early. It was 03:30, instead of 05:30, so we had to book an extra night in a hotel. I would have enjoyed the extra time during daytime, but nothing to complain about.

정말 멋진 여행이었어요! 버스는 깨끗하고 조용했고, 퐁냐에서 닌빈까지 7시간 30분 여정 중 중간에 휴식 시간도 있었고, 전반적으로 편안했습니다. 40분 정도 늦었지만 WhatsApp으로 미리 알려주셨어요. 하지만 한 가지 주의할 점이 있습니다. 버스에 탔을 때 직원이 저와 제 파트너를 뒤쪽으로 안내하며 칸막이 좌석 하나를 가리켰습니다. (아마도 저희가 한 칸에 같이 앉도록 계획했던 것 같아요.) 저는 중간에 멈춰서 제가 한 칸에 앉고 파트너는 옆 칸에 앉겠다고 말했습니다. 티켓 두 장을 예매했으니 칸막이 두 개였겠죠. 아마 현지인들을 더 많이 태우려고 그렇게 하는 것 같습니다. 현지인들이 한 칸에 여러 명 앉아 있었고, 관광객 몇 명도 좁아서 불편해하는 모습이었습니다. 운전기사분이 운전 중에 담배를 피우셨는데 (여행 자체가 전반적으로 좋았기 때문에 괜찮았지만, 공공장소 흡연이 금지된 호주에서 그런 냄새를 맡으니 속이 메스꺼웠습니다.) 앞서 말했듯이, 저는 이 회사를 100% 다시 이용할 겁니다. 만약 부스를 다른 사람과 공유하게 했다면 전액 환불을 요구하고 꽤 화가 났을 거예요.

This was a really great trip! Bus was clean- quiet- stopped halfway through 7.5 hr trip from phong nha to ninh binh for a break- comfy and overall great. 40 mins late but this was communicated via whatsapp. But -something to be aware of;
- when we got on, staff usherd me and my partner to the back and pointed to one of the booths. ( I believe he planned for us to go in one together) . I stopped halfway and advised I would sit in one and my partner in the one beside me. I booked two tickets =two booths. I believe they do this to fit more locals on. There were many locals sharing one booth - and a couple of tourists that likely felt pressured to squish in.
- the driver had a few cigarettes whilst driving ( I can easily get over this given the trip was generally good) but given in aus where smoking is not allowed in public it made me want to throw up- disgusting smell).
Like I said, I would 100% use this company again- if they had made us share a booth I would have requested a full refund and been pretty p***ed.

The bus itself looked brand new, cabin was clean and modern. Bus arrived 30 mins late which wasn’t too bad. However, the driver speeds making every bump in the road and every turn throwing you side to side a guarantee to keep you up the entire time, I only managed to sleep about 15 minutes max. They also kept opening up the cabin curtain and then closing it. So, it’s a way to get you from A to B, but do not rely on getting any sleep.
The bus was late, and there was no way to charge a phone or wifi in the bus, but otherwise, the travel went well, we had a bathroom stop and they provided blanket and water 🙂
Driver was braking and honking quite often, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Bus was okay, the drivers were really nice. Sadly, the cabins weren't cleaned between people. Overall totally okay.
So randomly as part of the bus trip we had to get all four tires changed which took like an hour extra. We got no information of this at any point.
There was no toilet on the bus and there were only two official stops and the first one was after 30 minutes.
