The bus and connection were as advertised. However, I had booked and paid for an earlier bus which they advertised as being available, then got a message saying it was full and that I needed to rebook for a connection three hours later. Not sure why they advertise something that’s not available. Beware.

The supratours bus was unavailable a few days before travel. 12GO organised alternative travel and I was kept informed and sent tickets for a CTM bus. All of my questions were answered promptly, I was very happy with the service provided.

Although it's not the site's fault, the taxi I booked didn't show up, and when I contacted support, they didn't know what was going on, so it almost ruined my trip. I ended up calling another taxi and the problem was solved. 12go's cancellation process is also complicated.

This ended up to be a petit taxi without AC and a driver who didn't speak a single word of english/French. Really overpriced.

I went to the bus station as it was indicated on the ticket. The bust stop is outside and down from the station. I’m lucky other driver has explained it to me. The layover was annoying and the second bus was late. The buses were modern but not super clean. The staff were very nice.

Well, what can I say. The ride was comfortable enough. There was plenty of room below for our suitcases. The people behind the desk who sold me the bag tags were helpful and nice. The driver was good. I enjoyed the views from my seat as well. We passed through some beautiful countryside. And the price for the trip was reasonable. All in all, great experience.
