Passangers who have online ticket really encounter many difficulty. Driver was good. Despite having an online ticket, we faced great difficulties in boarding the bus. Even though we showed the ticket both via email and as a printed copy, nobody seemed to understand it. It appeared that they were not aware of the online ticket system. Experiencing such issues with an online ticket at a bus terminal in a major city like Belgrade was truly disappointing. Furthermore, our questions were almost completely ignored. We later learned that in order to board the bus, two different tickets were actually required. However, at the ticket counter, we were only given one. Because of this, we had problems with the driver. Fortunately, the driver was very kind and understanding, and we were satisfied with his attitude. We sincerely hope that this situation will be corrected as soon as possible so that other passengers do not encounter similar problems in the future. In addition, nobody know english there.

No issue but delayed arrival. Easy boarding No issues during ride. Arrived almost an hour later than scheduled Hard to find bus at depot.

The bus was super nice, driver was very nice and it was on time. Everything was perfect and as expected. There is 220 Dinar Station fee that has to be paid by cash.
