아쉽게도 좌석을 접을 수 없었고 에어컨 소음도 너무 컸습니다. 옆쪽 창문도 깨져 있었습니다. 버스는 이동 중에 고장이 났지만, 다행히 계속 갈 수 있었습니다. 대체 차량이 우리를 태워줬고, 호텔까지 가는 데 추가 요금을 지불했습니다.

첫째, 짐 맡기는 곳이 두 시간 넘게 무인이었어요. 짐을 맡기기까지 두 시간을 기다려야 했죠. 그리고 저녁에는 거의 40도에 달하는 날씨에 카오산 로드를 1km나 걸어야 했어요. 다른 방식으로 운영할 수도 있었을 텐데 말이죠. 버스는 정말 최악이었어요.

Zunächst war der Gepäck Drop-Off für über 2 Stunden nicht besetzt. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten, bis wir das Gepäck deponieren konnten. 많은 부정적인 후기를 읽고 걱정했지만, 실제로 경험해 보니 사람들이 묘사한 것만큼 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 탑승에 대해 말씀드리자면, 좌석이 지정되어 있지 않기 때문에 함께 앉고 싶다면 일찍 도착하는 것이 좋습니다. 여정 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 일반적인 2층 버스였고, 전형적인 태국식 운전 스타일이었습니다. 자정쯤 휴게소에 멈췄습니다. 식사 쿠폰이 있었지만, 무엇에 쓰는 것인지 잘 몰랐고, 아무도 제대로 알려주지 못했습니다. 티켓에 적힌 대로 수랏타니에 도착했습니다. 여기서 모든 승객은 버스에서 내려야 했는데, 재빨리 내리지 않으면 직원들이 초조해했습니다. 모두 테이블에 앉아 목적지가 적힌 스티커를 받았습니다. 그 후 모든 사람이 다음 교통수단으로 갈아타기까지 꽤 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 목적지는 안내 방송이나 큰 소리로 알려주었는데, 일부 승객들은 버스까지 가는 것이 귀찮다고 생각해서 알려주지 않았기 때문에 필요했습니다. 나머지 여정은 승합차를 타고 순조롭게 진행되었고, 예정보다 일찍 목적지에 도착했습니다.

Nach den vielen schlechten Bewertungen waren wir besorgt, aber es war bei weitem nicht so furchtbar, wie hier manche berichten.
Zum Boarding - man sollte zeitig da sein wenn man nebeneinander sitzen möchte, da die Plätze nicht fest zugeteilt sind.
Die Fahrt an sich war gut, normaler Doppeldeckerbus, normale thailändische Fahrweise.
Um Mitternacht haben wir an einem Rastplatz gehalten, wir hatten Food Vouchers, wussten aber nicht so Recht für was diese eigentlich gelten, und es konnte uns auch niemand so richtig sagen.
Wie auf unserem Ticket stand, haben wir in Surat Thani gestoppt. Hier werden alle Fahrgäste aus dem Bus gebeten, wenn man nicht schnell genug ist, wird das Personal ungeduldig. Wir mussten uns alle an einem Tisch anmelden, und haben einen Aufkleber mit unserem geplanten Ziel bekommen. Es hat dann eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis alle in ihrem nächsten Transportmittel waren. Die Ziele werden ausgerufen bzw geschrien - was aber auch nötig war, da einige Mitreisende es nicht für nötig hielten, sich zu ihrem Bus zu begeben.
Der Rest der Reise verlief problemlos mit einem Van, und wir waren sogar vor der angegebenen Zeit am Ziel.

Alles hat super funktioniert. Der Bus war pünktlich und das umsteigen in den Van hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Nach 5 Std Fahrt wurde eine Pause an einer großen Raststätte gemacht.
In Surat Thani angekommen waren sehr nette Leute vor Ort, die die Leute zu den richten Bussen weiter geleiten haben. Vor Ort gab es es ein kleines kostenloses Frühstück.
Ich kann es nur Empfehlen mit Nara Travel zu reisen.

나쁜 점 : 우리는 버스 연결을 위해 오전 5시부터 오전 9시까지 기다려야 한다고 생각했습니다. ….. 좋은 점: 버스가 정말 좋습니다… 좌석이 넓고 매우 편안합니다. 버스 직원도 정말 친절합니다. 버스를 갈아타야 할 때 그곳의 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 그리고 일찍 두 번째 버스를 찾았습니다.

It was surprisingly good. The was Bus really comfortable.
Here and there there are a few things u could complain about, but what some people expect from a 14h Bus ride in Thailand for 34€.
I arrived at my destination safely and reasonably rested within the given time so all was good.

We experienced a lot of chaos and uncertainty. We booked the tickets since it said there would be direct comfirmation. Thinking everything was therefore alright, we were at the office at 5 since the bus would be leaving at 6. Nobody was there. We tried contacting them, which was quite hard, but in the end we got in touch with someone who said we could only do the trip if we paid 300 Bath per person extra (because apparently no other bus was going to Surat Thani than the VIP bus). Since we didn’t have another option, we had to accept, but it was already an expensive trip, so it wasn’t nice. They picked us up by car, brought us to the station and there we had to find the bus. The bus dropped us in Surat Thani and we had to figure out ourselves what would happen next. Apparently someone would pick us up by pick up truck to bring us to some office where we had to pay the extra fee and wait for a van to bring us to Khao Sok. The chaos and unclarity gave us a lot of stress and the amount of vehicles changes made it uncomfortable.

Great service, everything explained before departure together with complimentary food. Very nice bus, the travel was comfortable. They gave me all the information also for changing busses to reach my destination and there were people on the spot to help. Highly recommended!

Bus ride from Bangkok to Surat Thani was good. However at Surat Thani it wasn't clear how long we would be waiting for our next transport. Operator at Surat Thani was also trying to get us to pay extra to drop us at hostel and refused to tell us the how far it was from bus stop to hostel - "no time to tell you, 100baht. Too far to walk". Turns out it was a 2 minute walk, and there were also some free taxis at the other end...

There is a 50 baht more to let you at your hôtel but all the hôtel are just 10 Walk away from the bus station. Futhermore if your hôtel is to far they wont drop you in your hotel .
