I was not at all confident that we would get our tickets until the last moment and it took a lot of time and mental energy to sort things out.

Naomi Ahmed is a very sweet guy and an excellent driver. We took a ride from Alexandria to Cairo, it was a smooth ride and discussing with Ahmed to get to know better the Egyptian country was a bonus as he speak English. He accomodate us to run a quick errand and we stop on the way for toilet and lunch. We strongly recommend Ahmed.

Andrei F2★ – Misleading and dishonest service
Booking reference: BW4900416
I booked and paid about $75 on 12Go for what was clearly advertised as a Talgo train from Alexandria to Cairo.
Talgo trains in Egypt are the new high-speed trains, which is exactly why I chose that option and paid a higher price.
However, when I arrived at the station their representative handed me a ticket for train #88 instead — a regular, much slower train that costs about $40 and is NOT a Talgo service.
So I paid almost double for a service that I did not receive.
If the Talgo train was not available, the company should have informed me and refunded the difference instead of silently replacing it with a cheaper train.
This experience feels misleading and very unprofessional.
I cannot recommend 12Go and will avoid using them in the future.

Mary HThe driver stopped twice to have a smoke break…. The first stop was about 30 minutes after we left Alexandria and we stopped for about 20 minutes while he had a cigarette and then about 30 minutes before we arrived in Cairo he stopped again for another cigarette… this time only about 5 or so minutes. It was a little annoying as we do not smoke and the vehicle definitely smelled like cigarettes :(
Also when the driver arrived to pick us up at the hotel, he had a different name on the reservation? We confirmed the ride was ours via the email confirmation.
