Von koh jum ohne anstehen und Gedränge fast pünktlich und zügig nach koh Phi phi. Kleines speadboat- Überfahrt klappte reibungslos. Einstieg war übrigens nicht auf dem Wasser- sondern am Pier. Jederzeit wieder!

The boatride in itself was fine, unfortunately the boat arrived one hour late, the only person that seemed concerned was the person on duty in had yai. The boat staff did not apologise but this is because they only spoke very little English.

Von uns wurden ohne Grund THB100 verlangt für die Fahrt mit dem Longtail-Boot. So eine Frechheit! Wir wurden jedoch direkt am Pier vom speedboat abgeholt und es gab zu keiner Sekunde einen Fahrt mit einem Longtail-Boot. Dafür möchte ich mein Geld zurück!

The trip was much longer then expected, as it was on the trip to go to Koh Lipe. The Crüe don't call the name of the names of the islands, some people missed the stops and we had to come back, loosing 40 more minutes

Van to pick us up was late by 30 mins. Dialed 12go customer service hotline for assistance and lady said she will call me back to update me on van's status (we were pretty worried by then) -- she never called me back. Thankfully, van showed up awhile later but she still did not call back to confirm that we were on the van.

Delayed departure from Koh Mook. Trip by boat went well. transfer to hotel, was a little unorganized and the driver didn't know where and what about the hotel (arrival point). Was due till confusion about the cap about 30-45 min late on arrival.

The boat was almost an hour late and there is no way to tell if you booked the direct line they tigerline says they have available. So we ended up dropping people and picking up people at five different islands before finally heading to Koh Lipe. We arrived three hours later than the predicted time on 12go. The boat ride itself was fine and even though the seas were a bit rough, everything stayed dry.

Fährfahrt war eine Katastrophe. Unerfahrene junge Männer prügelten übers Meer ohne Rücksicht auf Seegang, Passagiere und Gepäck. Hätte böse ausgehen können mit den Kindern an Board.

Hat alles geklappt, würde aber nach der Erfahrung nicht mehr mit einem Boot eine Grenze übertreten, dauert zu lange, sowie Fahrt, als auch die Einreise. Da ist wenn möglich fliegen wirklich die bessere Wahl

Abholung war pünktlich. Das Speedboot war überbucht, somit hatten wir keinen Sitzplatz. Das Personal auf dem Speedboot war sehr unfreundlich. Die Ankunft war zwei Stunden später als angegeben. Für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel!

hat alles super geklappt und sehr pünktlich. unterwegs sind allerdings noch Personen zugestiegen,, die keinen Sitzplatz mehr bekamen, so daß das Boot bis koh Mook überfüllt war, dort sind wieder einuge ausstiegen.

El bote que salió de Phi Phi iba a muy alta velocidad, y al no tener puerta ingresaba todo el viento, era excesivo. En Koh Lanta cambiamos de bote, y no había espacio para que todos entremos sentados. Entramos apretados para salir del muelle, y después muchos se paraban o se sentaban en el suelo.

In Krabi, the driver was even there earlier. Everything went smoothly all the way to Koh Bulon.
We arrived a bit after the scheduled time, but the speedboat was late at the departure pier and we made several stops on the way.

Nachdem wir knapp 1 Stunde Verspätung hatten ging es los auf dem Speedboot. Wer Seekrank werden könnte, sollte es lassen. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Allerdings würden wir beim nächsten Mal Oropax mitnehmen, da es schon etwas lauter ist.

Autrement pas de problème au départ de Koh Lipe , il faut savoir qu il faut payer 50BTH même si on n utilise pas les long tails pour rejoindre le bateau

Sollten mit 6 Personen, zzgl Taxifahrer in einem 6 sitzer. Inklusive Gepäck. Der Taxifahrer ist schleichwege gefahren, weil „MUCH TRAFIC“ sei. Sonst 40 Minuten ubterwegs. Mit diesem Transfer 1,5h. Nie wieder

The boat was too over crowded and it seemed a bit of a health and safety risk with all the luggage stacked on the front of the boat and in the isles. The driver however was very competent and the staff on board very friendly.

Excelente viaje. El ferry bien, el mar estuvo calmo. En Koh Lipe te llevan en Long Tail hasta el ferry, dado que no hay muelle para barcos grandes. El viaje es de una hora y media.

The trip was ok but it was really hard to find the check in point at Pattaya Beach. Once you get off the ferry at Hat Yao pier it is also difficult to find the driver that is going to take you to Ao Nang. The organization was very poor but you can finally manage to get to your destination. We arrived on time.

The driver just dropped us off in the middle of Had Yai and we had to pay for taxi to our hotel as he didn't pay the taxi guy enough for everyone. Even though we were told we would be dropped at our hotel. Poor management of Minibus service..
