I was charged 850 thai baht for extra 7 kilogram , when the whole ticket was for 600 baht !! This was the worst thing but everything except this was very good

Nous pensions que les bagages en cabine étaient inclus dans le prix mais finalement non. Il a fallu trouver ou aller payer et c’était vraiment compliqué pour rien. Sinon l’avion était confortable et ce fut un beau vol

格安航空券の場合は こちらの空港に到着する事が多いです。 空港から電車はない為、 A1又はA2のバスに乗ると 電車モーチャット駅の バス停まで行けます。

Cheap ticket but good service for a usual short flight. But we entered stormy weather near Phuket so circled for an hour before safe landing. So kudos for safety! They should have announced the issue to the passengers though. So bad mark for that.

Flight to Pattaya on Thai Lion Air was delayed!! Initially told our gate was gate 3, almost time for our flight and gate was changed to gate 11. I was over the whole situation, just wanted to get to Pattaya. Would not fly with Thai air again!!

Check-In Steps in DonMaung Airport is easy and simple. The only thing I want to complain is that the plane was so shakey especially when was landing at Surat Thani Airport (Not sure if it was because of turbulence or something since they made no announcements the whole time. )

Short flight from Bangkok to Krabi, but still very uncomfortable. I’m 5’1” and it was tight for me. Very little legroom. No refreshments, but overhead compartments for bags are big and roomy.

For such a cheap price I was happy with the flight. Quick check in and the staff is very nice. Minimal leg room and no free drinks of snacks. Minimal baggage allowance but the check in process was easy. You get what you pay for. Flight was smooth. Overall happy with our trip.

Check in was smooth, not a lot of info at boarding. We had to catch a bus to plane from the gate. Left 45min late (2nd flight with this company that was late) Plane was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming.

The flight was on time and the staff was courteous. Me and my wife try to never check in baggage and we had one strolley plus one shoulder bag each which did not pose a problem. Overall a good experience flying lion.

At the counter they told me I could only check in 10 kilo, the advertisement said 20 as well as my booking. I took stuff out and then the security took it because it was over 100ml. But I could keep some other things that where 125ml. If you complain about it they suddenly dont understand you. Very disappointing!

Из хорошего- полет прошёл нормально. Но рейс задержали на 20 минут, бесплатных напитков не было, даже воды. Очередь на такси из Дон Мыанга в горрд более 100 человек.
