Service was good until we get dropped at Pak Burally. Just told yo go to wharf. No assistance on who to see or what’s happening. Needs attention

タイでは当たり前かもしれませんが、車飛ばし過ぎではないでしょうか。駅までということで申し込んでいましたが、500m以上離れた場所で他のお客さんと一緒に降ろされてしまいました。私を含めて3人しか乗っていなかったからかわかませんが…仕方なく地図を見ながら自力で向かいました。荷物を抱えながらは大変です。料金は払っているので、約束の場所まで連れていくべきではないのでしょうか。

Smooth pick-up. No problems. Good service. However, at Pakbara there was no direction given. There are two desks at the front of the pier. Tourists are waved off in the general direction of the pier and rely on other tourists and hope they are in the right line. The minivan driver said to go to one gate but the information at the reception desk was to go to another gate. Confusing. Tourists were stood out in the sun and lined up according to number before boarding. No big deal but it might be worth noting that many tourists are pale and we burn in the sun. Finally, the boat was overcrowded & there was little direction given in seating people. If you're going to number the people, maybe they could number the seats.

Molto puntuali, avevo la prenotazione per le 09,30 siamo partiti alle 09,10 con il minibus da Hat Yai davanti alla stazione dei treni a Pakbara Pier alle 11,10.Per le formalità dell'imbarco e pagamento de la tassa del parco 200 Bath a pers. più 20 bath a pers. per molo, altri 20 min. 11,30 si parte stop al parco Tarutao e stop a Koh khai per le foto.Alle 13,40 in Koh lipe. Tutto liscio, bravi.

Driver was already waiting for us when we walked out from the arrival hall. Pleasant and polite.

Alles perfekt, Fahrer holte mich pünktlich ab, hat mich sogar mit kleinem Früstückssnack und Wasser versorgt. Check in am Speedboot samt großem Gepäck professionell. Mache das in Zukunft nur noch so. Preis ist okay, man erspart sich das frustrierende Feilschen mit den Taxifahrern u d kann sicher sein, dass auf der Fähre ein Platz ist. Ich vergebe wieder mal ☆☆☆☆☆

My wife and I were dropped off at Gold Crown Grand hotel at Hat Yai today at 1:50 Pm on 10th Feb’19. We may have forgotten our property (sunglass case with glasses and ear ring inside) + Cap..in your minibus. We were sitting in the last seats.

Departure point not correct on the information mail

The mini bus was ok and the speed boat also, they were punctual and waited for us in tje airport with our name in a paper.

The service was amazingly efficient! Our driver was really nice and friendly too :)

Before my review for other travellers, please see below: Sukhothai agency does not have any boats and partners wibh Bundhaya resort. We had printed our tickets and got over to Pattaya beach, where the confusion started. No signs or information as to which person needed to check you in. After asking at the main Bundhaya kiosk, we were directed to a guy at a table on the sand. He took our ticket and provided a boarding pass. After inquiring why he took my ticket as I would need it for the bus, he instructed us to take a picture of it .Next was the trip on the speed boat. Over 40 of us were cramped on the speedboat with our luggage, with not much information provided. Upon arrival at Pak Bara, several other passengers were met by their agents or tour operators, while Sukhotayi had no one in sight. We quickly decided to follow the other passengers, and at the entrance asked one of the other tour operators for Sukhotayi, after showing her the picture on my phone. She shouted at a sleepy looking guy who came alive, and took our bag and darted across the parking lot and road, to a shop called Sea @ Holiday, only to meet a guy with a sign with my name on it. When I inquired why he was not at the boat where all others were, he snapped that the ticket says to come to the office. It does not! If this is the case, please include this instruction on all your tickets. As this is most confusing and unprofessional! At this point, we asked where the mini van was to take us t o the airport, and he just snapped to wait, that it would leave at 11.30. At this point, other mini vans in front of the same store, were going to the airport, but we were denied boarding and told to wait. We finally boarded another mini van and made our way to the airport. I had paid the extra minimal fee for priority service. Don't recommend paying it, as it resulted in nothing. This is a very unprofessional agency and one I would not recommend. There are several other agencies which handled things much better and took care of their customers. I recommend choosing one of those, while taking a walk down walking street. The ease of online just results in stress on the day!

they need to give you information

We were not met outside of the airport exit 7/8 by a representative holding a placard with our name as the documents said we would. However the transportation from the airport to the peir was comfortable. Also, we were not made aware that the speedboat would stop at an island for 20 minutes before we arrived on Koh Lipe. It would have been good to know that.

The crew was very unpolite. I tried to putt hem a question several times and they were arrogant amd did nit respond at all

Very easy trip, on time, perfect.

We stopped on the islands that we did not want to and came to Koh Lipe 75 minutes later than scheduled. The boat was rather old and the crew had to fix technical probles several times. The boat was crowded in spite of covid restrictions.

Arrival time was too late. We arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. The boatman is too bad at landing in the harbor.

Everything went great, from online booking to pick up. The driver was very friendly, no crazy ride. At the pier also everything ok. Great service overall.

Picking us up at the air was no problem at all but when we arrived at the pier we were left alone. I had to ask where to get the tickets as well as when the ferry was leaving; no information from the driver or someone else whatsoever

Easy and fast transfer from our hotel in Hat Yai to Koh Lipe. The van driver was really nice and helpful.

The van trip was fine. But the boat trip by Baanpun Travel was unacceptable, my booking was become invalid, we were delayed, .e & my wife had to endured 2,5 hours stuck in Pakbara Pier, with no prior information that will be delayed, not even water we were given, I have to stand in front of the counter to get into the next boat. I urge you to switch your boat trip vendor from Baanpun Travel to another company.

great. It’s easy to pick me up at airport. I confused furry terminal. Because of only Thailand language. I would like to attend in ferry terminal if possible

The journey from the airport to the ferry was excellent. The driver was very good and careful. The experience with the ferry was terrible. I had to wait for over two hours, staff did not communicate the reasons for the delay, when asked questions they gave false information. The boat did not go directly to Lipe but stopped twice on the way delaying us even further. An awful experience!

the boat ride was faster than the trip from pakbara to koh lipe (without any stops) but the ride was very bumpy. Problem is when we arrived at Pakbara, there was no one to greet us and there is no clear direction of what to do next? We had to call to learn the person was due to arrive later. Some earlier direction would be better.

the boat leaves at 11h30 onwards, not 11am as indicated on 12GO website.

The quality of the boat was better than the way Hat Yai to Koh Lipe: smoother and faster.

The vehicle was fine and the driver was excellent very competent and friendly as well.

Stop at two more island and time wasting

Everything's fine, except for the beginning, I think there was an overbooking

The boat got stack in the middle of rhe ocean because didn't have enough petrol.
