We didn't get any information from the driver. The bus stopped and we didn't know what to do. He took us to another stop. The construction was almost always, so the arrival was 2 hours longer.

Die Beinfreiheit war echt der Wahnsinn, der Bus ist pünktlich losgefahren und der Grenzübergang hat super geklappt. Die Fahrtzeit war sehr knapp bemessen. Obwohl kein Stau war, waren wir über 1h später am Zielort.
Zu Beginn erhielt jeder Fahrgast eine kleine Flasche Wasser.

We arrived a little over an hour late, due to trafic and that some passengers did not lissen to the length of the lunchbreak and got back in the buss 25 minuts late. Other than that the ride was good. Nice bus and nice comfy seats. Maybe a little bild cold from the AC. Immigration process was so easy and we were done in 5 minuts.

Got the bus from Singapore to kuala Lumpur and was very easy and very comfy, no complains at all. The bus was not only comfy but had lots of room and the ride was very smooth. We did arrive a little but late but that's down to traffic.
The boarder crossing was also very easy and quick. Would recommend and would use again.

Comfiest bus I’ve ever travelled on. Ticket collection was easy, there is a store front right at the bus departure point. I was a bit worried about the whole immigration process as I’d read that the bus drives on if it takes more than 30 minutes but it just took about 2 minutes at Singapore immigration to depart and another 5 minutes when entering Malaysia so it was grand. Would definitively recommend this trip.

The journey itself was good, we arrived earlier than expected, the bus was nearly empty.
The service wasn’t very good, one driver didn’t speak English at all and was unfriendly. There was no information about the e-/immigration process or about the length of the break. There was no WiFi which would be a great plus. But in the end anything was ok with a bit of proactivity.

It was okay overall, it’s just that the drivers are not so friendly and always frowning and shouting. But the seats are comfy, AC was cold and bus was clean. They just have to improve their driver’s attitude because good customer service includes being polite, understanding and friendly to satisfy the customers.
