버스는 정시에 출발했지만 예상보다 약 1시간 30분 늦게 도착했습니다(현재 라농에는 택시가 없으므로 걷고 싶지 않다면 사전에 호텔에서 픽업을 예약하세요). 버스가 여러 번 멈춰서 푸켓에서 나가는 데 시간이 오래 걸렸습니다. 그 외에는 오히려 편했어요. AC는 좋았지만 스스로 조절할 수 있으므로 너무 추울 필요는 없었습니다. 화장실과 음식은 중간쯤에 멈춥니다.

5시간 이상 버스에 기후 변화가 없는 것은 꽤 긴 시간입니다!!

버스는 정시에 출발했고, 도중에 멈췄으며, 에어컨이 완전히 가동되어 약간 추웠고, 예상 시간보다 조금 늦게 도착했습니다.

회사에서는 푸켓 공항 근처에 있는 호텔에 전화를 걸어 버스가 더 일찍 출발하므로 버스 정류장에 2시간 일찍 도착해야 한다고 말한 것 같습니다. 버스가 푸켓 타운에서 40분 늦게 출발하여 3시간 이상을 기다렸습니다!! 운전 및 지정석 OK. 예정보다 2시간 늦게 라농 도착. 12go.asia보다 버스 회사(rungkit)의 문제가 더 많은 것 같습니다.

승객들로 가득 찬 차 하지만 여전히 더 많은 사람들을 받아들입니다. 차 한가운데에 서서 개선해야합니다

나는 박송 교차로에서 나를 데리러 갈 때 플러스 포인트를 줍니다(그곳에서 나를 데리러 가기 위해 전날 전화했던 것처럼). 하지만 나머지 서비스에 대해서는 마이너스 포인트를 부여합니다. 그들은 우리에게 물을 주었지만 간식은 주지 않았습니다(광고대로). WC 일시 정지를 위해 멈추면 우리에게 알리지도 않고 멈춰서 결국 일종의 휴식임을 스스로 깨달았습니다. 휴식 시간이 얼마나 걸릴지, 휴식 시간이 더 있을지 아무도 언급하지 않았습니다. 교차로에서 시내로 가는 푸켓 공항까지 택시를 부르겠다고 약속했지만 그렇게 하지 않았습니다. .. 그들은 그 교차로에서 멈추는 것을 전혀 잊었습니다. 나에게 그것이 장소라는 것을 상기시켜 준 영어를 구사하는 승객이 한 명도 없었다면... 우리가 다르게 동의했음에도 불구하고 나는 버스 정류장에서 방금 내려졌을 것입니다. 버스 자체는 평균적이며 약간 낡았지만 좋습니다. 서비스는 제가 태국에서 경험한 다른 버스에 비해 평균 이하입니다. 그래도 버스표는 싸다. 이것으로부터 많은 것을 기대하지 마십시오.

도착이 1시간 넘게 늦은거 빼고는 다 괜찮았습니다. 도로에 정류장이 너무 많습니다.

온라인 예약은 완벽하게 이루어졌고 좌석 번호도 정확했습니다. 실제로 푸켓에서 1시간 지연된 점만 빼고는 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 후속 예약(스피드보트, 공항) 시 이 점을 반드시 고려해야 합니다.

The trip took longer than expected, but it was relatively comfortable.

I did not take into account how many stops the Express made.. Arrived in Ranong after 10.00pm...the bus terminal..was very dark...no taxis in sight

Too bad the almost 3h late when you planed to get to your destination by day,but otherwise the rest was quite good, small attentions as a water bottle, the WiFi connnexion was correct

Okay experience. Bus was quite old, seats were a little cramp, but it got us to our destination in good time.

Overcrowded, bad condition of bus, mechanical noise. A/c stopped working onway .did not feel roadworthy.

The A/C was totally unable to compete against the heat, try to get a seat in the front as you'll have the heat coming from the engine room in the back of the bus. Wifi was non existant although advertised. Bus made many stops for locals and arrived an hour late in Ranong.

Smooth drive, AC worked ok and we were only a bit late. I am satisfied!

Bus was unsafe , no suspension. We we told we could get off at soi jw marriott . The driver refused to stop . We had to pay 800 baht to get back to where we should have been dropped off. Stopped plenty of times for thai people. Unhelpful and unfriendly.

The bus had an accident. We were stuck for 2hours before another bus come pick us up. The other bus was crowded and my girlfriend and I didn't had anywhere to seat for the remaining 2 hours of the journey.

We were asked if we would like to go earlier than booked as we arrived at the station far too soon. This was great for us. The bus left very promptly at the designated time. The bus was comfortable and the journey looked beautiful from our window.

It’s a long trip. The back of the bus is not air conditioned, you’ll stick to your chair with sweat in 39 minutes or so. WiFi also isn’t there. The bus is bumpy, and if someone decides to use that restroom the whole bus can smell it. But- the price can’t be beat. If you want to save money and have extra time, just psyche yourself up for it.

It is a pitiful bus quite destroyed with the air conditioning completely. He had to have the WiFi there on board and when we arrived at the bus, when we asked for the code they laughed well " the only WiFi, it was the panel(sign)!!! All the journey with a very strong smell of toilet?

The bus turned up on time. One star. The staff were efficient enough I suppose. Another star. Thats where it stops. The bus was an antiquated piece of junk with rust starting to come through numerous panels. Inside nothing worked, including our seat belt buckles (neither x 2) and the on-board toiler stank the whole bus out when used. It was supposedly an express service. It sopped constantly to pick up and drop off locals, so it was an hour late. Just a local bus.

Overall it was a good price. WiFi won’t work all the time. You get water for free. And you won’t be at time, but that seems to be normal with these busses.

The tour from Phuket to Chumpon was okay, the ac was really good, almost too good, but the wifi wasn't working after all. The staff tryed to fix it, but it only worked for 2 minutes. besides that everything was okay and we arrived 10 minutes early...

The driver was careful and safe, staff were friendly. The leg room was good. The bus left on time but we arrived 40 minutes late for a 6 hour bus ride. The ticket said express yet we stopped 20 times. Such is life.

Stopped many times. Only on break without any notice and 1 hour delay But when I think about what I paid it is ok!

bathrooms r very bad, also no Wi-Fi !@#$

This bus was ok. It was very busy. But was quiet fun to experience. Just make sure that you are first to get back on the bus at the rest stop! The bus conductor was very very helpful.

Bus was 2 hrs late leaving Phuket. Not sure why. Trip went well after that.

If they could tell when the drivers are going to eat, so you can get yourself something then its 5stars

Comfterbale bus! Shitty road

Its ok.. nothing special... the bus are not in a good way.. there was water dropped from the roof i think the climate had a problem... it was really cold inside.

A bit older bus, so comfort was a little outdated. But besides that the ride was fine. Had some trouble with the ticket. We couldn’t transfer the mobile voucher to a busticket at the station. Maybe because it was early. The service guy in the bus didn’t understand our digital print. After checking twice and discussing with the driver he gave us a busticket.

On time, relaible but bad toilet smell. Reservation is needed, for a seat.

Everything was OK except some kind of unpleasant smell in the bus. The staff was pleasant and the bus was on time.

These people helped us and i know where i come from there's fustration upon those who don't speak the language or aren't locals so i really appreciate their kindness . Thanks my freinds .

The bus smelled like feet and for the first half of the trip, they were stopping quite frequently to let other people on the bus. Those people would then stand in the middle of the isle and lean on to the people who were sitting. I get that they were just trying to make money and provide more transportation to people, but it made the trip even more uncomfortable.

Staff were rude and rechecked my ticket about 5 times over the course of the journey, waking me up to do so. It's not like I could have snuck on through a different door.... Seating plan meant that I had a bloke next to me who was pretty much spooning me for half the journey, yet the back half of the bus was empty. Aircon unit is clearly on it's way out and sounds like a 747 is on final approach to land in the roof. We were an hour late to our destination. I'm not bothered but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Good travel, booking online was a big help (ticket agents in Ranong spoke spotty English). Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the bus was about an hour late by the end of the trip. No big deal for us, but definitely something to be aware of if you are on a tight schedule!

Ceiling leaked so rain dripped inside, quite a lot too

Bus booked for was cancelled due to broken down bus. Had to get the bus an hour later. Journey was fine. Didn't try the toilet. Wifi on board worked well.

Booking was easy and the journey was fine. Only thing is need to check his timings are all up to date as we could have missed our bus but lucky we thought to check at the bus station before hand as the one hooked on 123 was a later time than the bus was actually for.
