기사님이 예약시간보다 미리 나와 기다리셔서 우리는 비행기에서 내려서 바로 택시에 탑승할수 있었습니다. 식사 시간이 되었기에 점심을 먹을 것인지 여쭤보시고 좋은 현지 식당에 대려다 주셨습니다. 잊을 수 없는 훌륭한 식사 였습니다. 커피를 마시고 싶었는데 시간을 내어 좋은 카페에도 들러 주셨습니다. 항상 미소를 띄고 계셨고 제가 궁금해 하는 질문에 친절히 답해 주셨습니다. 공항에서 내려 처음으로 만난 베트남 사람이 택시 기사였는데 그 덕분에 베트남의 첫인상이 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다.

Before a trip, I received instruction from office. Thats good and clearly. My flight was delay for over 2 hours, the driver was waiting without any additional fee. Sometimes he drives slowly 40-50 km because of speed control. The car is clean, one seat belt was stuck and couldnt be pulled out. But it is not problem. We arrived Phan Thiet after 4 hour. It was a safe trip and will make a reservation on the return way.

Le chauffeur est arrivé avant l heure donc super . Sur le site il est écrit 3h30 de trajet mais en fait nous n avons mis que 2h ça serait bien de revoir le temps de trajet car nous avons attendu 4h à l aéroport . Le chauffeur a passé son temps au téléphone en parlant très fort avec son téléphone en Bluetooth sur les hauts parleurs de la voiture donc très désagréable. Prix convenable

Private driver was 30min in advance, added 150000VND as my hotel was 11km from the main city. It took 5h to go from my homestay near lai cai to Hanoi airport. No break planned on the raid was just asking to stop for toilet break. Very efficient service

The driver was super nice and cooperative throughout the ride. I definitely recommend this guy. Also, the owner of company arranged a SUV without even charging extra since we had big luggages. So far super pleased. Would recommend for anybody who wants to travel through a private car.

The price was really cheap as compared to the ones in the airport. The vehicle was well maintained and the driver was too good from all the aspects. Our hotel in Ninh Binh was quite difficult to find. He stayed with us for 30 minutes until we got down in the hotel.
