Le chauffeur ne semble pas avoir apprécié que des sièges aient été payés pour accueillir des bagages. Il a d'ailleurs fait enlever ceux d'un touriste qui avait payé pour. On a compris une demi heure plus tard que c'était pour pouvoir embarquer d'autres voyageurs qui attendaient en bord de route.

The car was very run down. Terrible suspensjon and seats worn out. This car belongs in the scrapyard! I have driven this route many times before, but this was by far the worst minivan I have ever been in. By the wa, I took the minivan leaving at 12.00 not 13.00.

Had to buy 2 seats to carry my suitcase, turns out there was plenty of space anyways..the back seat has some rough suspension under it and half way through the trip the aircon stopped working! The driver pulled over, made some calls then just had us open all the windows..brutal journey all in all and I won't do it again. Use the VIP airport service as I did on the way here..far better and worth the cost!

Пришли за 30 минут до выезда, сначала нас игнорировали, потом тоже игнорировали, в итоге через 20 минут очень странного и несвойственного поведения для Тайцев, нам все таки очень нервно и натужно ответили, что надо было приходить за час! Это действительно указанно в билете, тем не менее мы задали простой вопрос - есть ли места в автобусе и на какой парковке он стоит..
В итоге уехали на следующем автобусе, осадочек неприятный((

I believe our unhappiness is mainly with the booking agency! We arrived at Ekkamai on February 14. The ticket agent said we had no reservation. Then eventually said we had a reservation for February 18. Finally said we could ride in the next van an hour later. So we spent 15-20minutes standing at the ticket desk , was called liars , and spent an extra hour waiting for our van ride to Hua Hin. Later I checked the email from 12Go Asia which confirmed travel on February 14th. There was a previous email which showed travel on February 18. So the confusion was due to your agency posting two different dates for the same ticket purchase. An apology is warranted and a compensation for making us wait longer, arrive late and be considered fools or liars at the ticket desk.

The driver seemed to be trying to set a new time record. Care less and dangerous driving! Both I and two young thai men tried to slow him down. But it was only when a young thai girl started screaming at him he slowed a bit down. I have been doing this trip now several times. Until now everything has been ok. But yesterdays experience was not good! You can't push 140 km/h with heavy traffic all around. Stupid!!

The van is well maintained although not the newest. The driver was good, but I sometimes felt a bit scary as he maneuvered between the lanes to get the best (fastest) results.

Easy to book, no need to speak Thai and we left 40 minutes earlier as soon as the van was full. It took only 2hours 40 minutes! Super fast! I would recommend to close your eyes and dont even think about checking how the driver drives.... We made a stop near Bangkok to grab something to drink and eat and also go to the bathroom. Cheap, fast, and good service.

การจองตั๋วผ่าน 12GO ซึ่งทำการจองล่วงหน้าและมีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ควรจะได้เดินทางตามเวลาที่จองไว้ แต่ในความเป็นจริงไม่ต่างจากการเดินทางมาซื้อหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เลย เพราะมีเงื่อนไขระบุว่าต้องมาถึง ก่อนเวลาเดินทางที่จองไว้ 60 นาที หากมาถึงไม่ทัน 60 นาทีก่อนรถออก ต้องถูกปรับไปเดินทางรอบถัดไป (ทำให้ดูเหมือนการจองผ่าน 12GO และจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วไม่แตกต่างจากการเดินทางมาจองที่เคาน์เตอร์เลย) ซึ่งลูกค้าที่จองผ่าน 12GO ต้องการความแน่นอนของการเดินทางตามเวลาที่ต้องการ และควรมีสิทธิในที่นั่งที่จองไว้จนถึงเวลารถออก เพราะจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว หากมาไม่ทันค่อยนำสิทธิ์ของลูกค้าไปขายต่อหรือ ขยับไปให้คนอื่น

1.หากจองผ่าน 12Go แล้วและได้ชำระเงินแล้ว ควรจะได้เดินทาง ตามที่จองไว้ แต่บริษัทเดินรถ ก็ไม่กันที่นั่งไว้ให้ผู้จอง 12GO ต้องมาดูหน้างานอยู่ดีว่า มีที่นั่งถึงจะได้ขึ้นรถ
2.ต้องเผื่อเวลา 60 นาทีเพื่อมาถึงหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว ทำให้การจองผ่าน 12GO ไม่ต่างจากการไปจองหน้าห้องจองตั๋ว
3.ในรอบที่เดินทางนี้ มีชาวต่างชาติตัวสูง 195 ซม. ขึ้นจากต้นทางหัวหิน ซ.51 มาขอคนขับนั่งด้านหน้าเพราะตัวสูง แต่คนขับ ขึงขัง ไม่พอใจ ปฏิเสธไม่ยอม และปล่อยที่นั่งด้านข้างคนขับว่าง จนมาแวะรับผู้โดยสาร ที่ชะอำกลับยอมให้ ผู้หญิงคนไทยตัวเล็กมานั่งตำแหน่งดังกล่าว ดูแล้วไม่มีเหตุผล ไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ

Left on time and arrived 30 mins earlier than scheduled so no complaints there. Didn't mind the dropping off and picking up of other passengers. However it would be good to have the mid-journey stop at a normal PTT station...one that has a Cafe Amazon - I would have liked a coffee!

The journey itself was okay but when i wanted to board the van, the driver is asking me to squeeze in one corner that is not even possible for a person to sit in. It gave me a very bad experience as the driver is insisting me to squeeze on a tiny space.

Travel was ok and cheap. We boarded the van but were asked to leave it (we came 60min earlier like the ticket said but at the check in we were told that we can board now). We did not get our ticket back so there was some trouble with that.
It was quite hot (AC was not powerful enough) and not so much space. 4 star because of cheap travels (compared to train).

We got to the Hua Hin bus station early just to be safe, and were informed that the bus may arrive early. Sure enough, it was 30 minutes early, packed up, and departed. This was no problem for us, but good thing we didn't miss it by being "right on time" instead. The driving took the expected amount of time, with one rest stop. Sometimes the driving was extremely bumpy.

Pick up was almost an hour early, because we were the first to be picked up. Good thing we were ready. The mini van is leaving from the mini Van station at the set time, so all hotel pick ups are before that time. We booked two seats and had to medium bags with us. Had to pay for a third seat for the bags though. Mini Van was somewhat worn out. Hard seats. Drop of is quite far from Bangkok old town, so we still needed to pay another 300 Bht for a taxi. All in all an okay ride, but In he end it costed the two of us us 1200 Bath total for a 4 hour trip. Private transfer hotel to hotel would have been 1800 Baht in less than 3 Hours. My choice next time.

Driver left HuaHin the moment all the passengers were in the bus (14:20 instead of 15:00). His driving was a bit annoying in a stop-go type of way.
The driver took back roads to avoid holiday/Saturday trafic so that we got to see landscapes we would otherwise have missed out on! We made it to Bangkok in 4 hours.
I would travel with this company again,

Perfectly adequate cheap transport. 180 per adult, minivan with good-enough aircon. We left an hour early and it was fun to watch our driver be a local postman, stopping a few times to collect/deliver packages along the route. For less than €5 for a ride to Bangkok this rattly trip is well worth it

Journey itself was OK. Driver was competent... never felt unsafe even when in strong winds & rain.
Disappointed with boarding procedure, it was a race for the best seats. My family of 3 adults & 2 infants couldn't compete with the athleticism of the other passengers and we ended up scattered. A seat allocation system would have been more considerate to my family's wish to be seated together.
Otherwise pleased with the customary Thai hospitality.

Trip was fine, staff very helpful when we were slightly delayed. But the online booking fee of 100baht on top of the regular fee of 180baht we feel was exorbitant. And prior to booking there was no advanced warning of the fee.

Quick trip, however definitely unsafe, and driver was not mature enough to be responsible for transporting van full of 10+ individuals. Almost had 2 accidents along way, kid driving was on cell phone for over half of 3-hr journey. Need anymore be said. Will not recommend taking minivan to anyone, as driver assigned most likely will be unreliable. Will take train or VIP bus to Hua Hin next time, even if it takes little longer...

If you’re staying in bkk center and trying to get to Pranburi it’s definitely the easiest and cheapest option, however once the bus gets past the greater Bangkok area it starts stopping to let people on or off very frequently. This adds a lot of extra time to the journey. We planned to take it all the way to Pranburi but decided to get out at Hua Hin because we had enough of the stopping. It took nearly 5 hours to get to Hua Hin from Ekamai. We also paid for an extra ticket for a bag and were asked to show that to the ticket lady at the desk, but then the bus driver was confused why we had 3 tickets for 2 people and put our bag in the luggage hold… so I’m unsure if you actually need to buy another ticket. It’s also worth noting that if you get off in Pranburi and don’t have a taxi or lift already arranged you might struggle to get to Pak Nam Pran if that’s where you’re heading. We managed to get a Grab from Hua Hin to our hotel in Pak Nam Pran for about 350b. Overall, I think if you’re traveling in a group more than 2 people you might as well just book a Bolt.

Punctual and fast all in all... But old van with inconvenient plastic seats which make you sweat. Many stops to drop off people but no stop for toilet. My friend was charged 200 Baht though his baggage was not oversized.

I’d say it was okay since we were able to be dropped off at Ekkamai safely and earlier than the intended time. Maybe it’s just a mishap on my part but my thinking was that the seats were already pre-booked and the minibus would leaving Hua Hin filled with passengers. However, this was not the case. The minibus had multiple stops along the way. It was alright and I had no issues with it but we were just surprised that this was the case. The bus was kinda old as well and the aircon was not as cool as it should so it got a little uncomfortable because of the heat. The seats were also uncomfortable as the ride progressed. The driver however, was friendly and amicable and dropped us safely to our destination which made up for the whole trip.
