I booked to go directly to pier in Surat Thani but instead the boat went to Donsak and they put my on bus to the the other pier and didn't inform me at all during checkin.

I accidentally booked my ferry ticket a week later than i would have, made a call and they easily change the date with no more questions or any more orders. Liked that.

We were with the catamaran. Very rough sea though and hell of a sail, lot of people sea sick. Crew was very active and good with assisting.

On Time was the bus and also the ferry. The Drive was ok, just the Bus was pretty old.

Everything worked ouț as planned. I will use it again.

good organization, stop at a food hall for 30min at ferry station now instructions what to do next but you just have to ask when is the next ferry to the island you want to go so there is nothing to do false here

Short 30 minute ride, left on time and well managed, luggage is loaded for you and help given accessing pier.

Easy to check-in on the pier in phi phi, people all pointed me towards check-in desk and told me who I needed to go to. There was then people waiting otherside in krabi with the company sign so was obvious what bus to get and the bus then drops you right outside the final boat. Both boats can be quite bumpy so if you get sea sick would be best to take tablets.

Well organized, lots of information while waiting. Clearly noticeable color stickers on luggage and passengers. Good hostess while waiting.

Everything on schedule and comfy bus and speedboat.

The transportation from the hotel to the pier let us wait over 1 hour and then we just made it to the ferry in the last minute.

The trainstation bang sue is not finished. We are so unhappy with your ignorance of this fact, we could,nt leave luggage and had to wait several hours on a person.

Coach to the pier was pretty empty. Had AC and was comfortable. Driving was smooth. Didn’t have to wait long for the ferry (5 minutes). Ferry was small, but smooth (much better than the last 2 boats I took in this area!). AC inside and 2 window seats for myself. Only downside was that stopping at Koh Samui put us behind schedule according to the PDF.

Es hat alles super geklappt und der VIP Bus hatte wirklich viel Platz und war sehr gemütlich.

Because of the sea the ferry was late and than instead of trying beeing punctual in bangkok we had to wait 45min for the bus, the first stop takes 45min and all in all we was late about one hour

Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend

Katamaran je bio brz ali poslije bus je bio spor pa smo kasnili 2 sata. Bus stariji i baš ne ugodan ali je bilo mjesta da se premjesti pa se ima 2 mjesta. I naravno klima kao i svuda u Tajlandu, treba jakna i čarape 😁

It was raining when we left Koh Samui. We got a little wet. Inside the boat it was so full - the two of us couldn't sit together. When I dropped my backpack in the front the stuff didn't recognize me asking to be careful because I had a coffee in my hand. He took the backpack and coffee dripped on my and two other backpacks. Not sure if they were waterproof. Maybe some of the clothes from git wet.

Very organized. In truth, we were not left at Tapee Pier but rather a Pier called THE PIER. Then there were a number of buses at the pier waiting for you. We went directly to Surat old town and the bus terminal area.

It is a small speedboat. So it is fast but small, 3 people in a bench for almost two hours, a little crowded, but it was ok. The stuff was very helpful, and it was on time, so thank you!

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind zwar eine halbe Stunde später am Ziel gewesen, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Man sollte aber bedenken, dass man nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern an Lompraya Office oder am Flughafen rausgelassen wird.

Left on time from Surat Thani train station. As soon as I got out of the train, there was someone asking where I am going and directing me to the pick up spot which is to the left side of the station after you pass all the taxis and the parking lot. I was the only one going to Koh Phangan so o had a very comfortable 1 hour drive in the van with aircon. Then I got my ticket and the driver left me at the ferry. All very well organised, and they make stops in Koh Samui/ then Koh Phangan and last one on Koh Tao. Happy with the experience.

Overtocht bewust geboekt vanaf de Tapee pier omdat wij daar zeer nabij in een hotel zouden zitten. Scherp geweest op juist deze locatie en tijd omdat in andere reviews voorbij kwam dat er soms vanaf deze pier eerst een uur met een mini-van naar de Donsak pier gereden moet. Geboekt: vertrek vanaf Tapee pier, afvaart om 8u. Nergens in het boekings proces afwijkende tijden of opstapplaats meegekregen. Leek allemaal goed geregeld dus. Na het afronden van de betaling kwam vrij snel een bevestiging via de mail. Verzamel locatie idd nabij de Tapee pier. Maar de afvaart toch vanaf Donsak. Wat wij dus helemaal niet wilden en ook niet eerder in de info tijdens het boeken hadden meegekregen. Tijd afvaart idd 8u, vanaf Donsak! Vertrek vanaf Tapee dus toch om 7, en het dringend verzoek er wel minimaal een uur van tevoren aanwezig te zijn. Dus 6u!! Kortom. Niet wat wij wilden. Als dit tijdens het boekingsproces duidelijk was aangegeven hadden wij hier zeker niet voor gekozen. Als je hiervoor kiest is daar niets mis mee, maar wees dan transparant tijdens het boeken. Uiteindelijk er maar voor gekozen een ander hotel te nemen, op 10 minuten afstand van de Donsak pier zodat we daar gewoon tegen 8u heen konden wandelen en opstappen. Achteraf hadden we deze overtocht beter helemaal zonder deze boeking kunnen doen want de veerboot kaart los aan de balie kopen is stukken goedkoper. Maar dat is dan ook wel weer logisch aangezien je dus ook voor een uurtje mini-van vervoer betaald. Overtocht heen met de veerboot van Raja niets op aan te merken. Oudere veerboot. Mooie afgesloten zitruimte met goede stoelen en airco als je ervoor kiest. Buiten/binnen zitten ook mogelijk. Diverse verkoopmachines met snacks en drinken aan boord. Gewoon keurig. Terug met de speedboot van Lomprayah. Dat is een open en lage boot met harde houten bankjes die in anderhalf uur teruggaat met een tussenstop op Ko Samui. Niets aan comfort of faciliteiten aan boord dus wel voor die tijd even naar het toilet gaan. Lage beoordeling dus vanwege de organisatie door 12goasia en niet vanwege de overtocht met de boot.

the speed boat drivers were real profesionals! they did everything to keep the boat steady on the waves! the catamaran was a little more challanging, but still the fastest way tonget to the island! great job guys!

Von Koh Pha-Ngan ging es im Speedboot nach Surat Thani. Dort in einen kleinen V Bus und nochmals in einen kleinen Van bei Krabi, daraufhin in ein kleines Longboat. Hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir waren sogar eine halbe Stunde eher da.

El barco salió bastante puntual y llegó al destino sobre la hora pactada. La comodidad de los asientos justea, pero no es necesario nada más teniendo en cuenta la dirección del trayecto, hay suficiente espacio y no resultan incómodos. Las mochilas las dejas delante del todo pero ellos las mueven a su antojo y luego resulta difícil no solo saber dónde está tu equipaje sino que también es un khaos encontrarlo. Pese a ello quedé contenta con el servicio. Al llegar, por 150bht te llevan a cualquier sitio en furgoneta. Es una buena oportunidad si quieres llegar al aeropuerto dado que si lo haces en taxi son como 600bht por el trayecto, así que si viajas sol@ es perfecto el servicio de vans.

Great but althought I booked and paid my ticket online, I had to queue to get my paper-ticket.

Getting off was complete chaos, and getting our luggage was a nightmare!

El ferry salió tarde de Koh Tao porque había muchísima gente en las colas de las taquillas. A pesar de tener comprado el billete por internet hay que ir a taquilla a canjearlo. Al llegar a Samui es otro jaleo para coger los minivans para ir al aeropuerto. Cuando estabamos esperando nos dijeron que el servicio había terminado. Salimos fuera, estaba el personal allí y de malas maneras conseguimos que nos vendieran el ticket para la minivan. El trato del personal es bastante mejorable.

the organization has worked out topic. Everything was very well organized. As booked, the bus had correspondingly few seats, which made it very pleasant because you could put the chairs back. There was a water and a blanket. The toilet was absolutely awful. The toilet lid didn't stay up, the toilet cabin was so tiny and everything was very dirty. Luckily we stopped once at a rest area. At the harbor there was coffee and a muffin, The bus is quite old, the backrest was difficult to adjust and there was no WiFi, although it was written on the bus. At least there was a USB charging option. despite everything I would book it again as I always felt safe. the departure was on time, the arrival also and the ship came very punctually.

Fast, on time, good airco, nice shop, good spacious chairs.

I had no problems at all. Check in, boarding procedures, seating, disembarking and transport to hotel all went well.

Boat severely delayed and change of pier, as well as change of number of boat transfers, but provided water and drinks was we were waiting

About 40min delay, which was acceptable, but no clear instructions on which boat to get on eventually (multiple boats were arriving and departing while we were waiting). Waiting area is crowded with no place to sit. Because of the delay departing koh tao, we missed the connection at koh phangan. Again, no info from the operator where to go. After asking around, we found out there were speedboats waiting to take us further (unclear where they would bring us exactly). Ride in the speedboat was fine and we were brought to a different pier near Donsak and got on the operator's bus. We presumed that would take us to Tapee pier (Lomprayah) as we had booked, but we were dropped in Surat Thani city center instead! No arrangements to be taken to Tapee pier. Lucky for us our hotel was close by, so we did not have to pay a taxi to take us much further.

Apart from a long delay waiting at Ko Tao for a broken down ferry to be fixed the rest of the trip went smoothly and was well organised.

Retraso de una hora. Salimos a 10'39h cuando la hora era a 9'30h. Mucho caos al subir a bordo de la embarcación. Aunque teníamos la reserva en PDF tuvimos que hacer cola para hacer el check in. Falta organización para optimizar los tiempos.

The boot was late (50 min) without any explanation and arrived at koh samui around 1,5h late

We didn’t understand that we booked a tour from Surat Thani by minivan. We thought Tappee pier was where the boat left. We were too early at Donsak pier by taxi. The boat didn’t left at 10 but at 11:15. If you only want to book the boat: you book Donsak pier - Na Thon Ko Samui.

A large number of people traveling meant the boarding was slow, the boat was crowded with people and luggage & the service was an hour late. Staff were helpful and managed to organise everyone, the boat seemed well maintained & was comfortable enough for a short journey.

Unfortunately, we were a good 45 minutes late. therefore a star deduction.

We weren't given an itenarary, and only had the departure and arrival times to go by. The departure stop was a little hectic - lots of people and luggage, but it wasn't too big a deal. We were given coloured stickers to signify our end destination (Koh Tap, Koh Samui etc). We left about 30 minutes late. Bus wasn't completely brand new, but was comfortable. Seats reclined well, including leg rests. Each passenger had a plug socket and a blanket. AC outlets were a little stuck and times, but it worked fine. the toilet was functional. We stopped at a service station at about 2 am. There were a few food options, and toilets were average. At about 5:30 am we were woke up and dropped off at the ferry/boat port. We waited 1.5 hours to depart on the first boat of the day, which stopped at two islands before reaching Koh Samui, which took a total of about 3.5 hours. Not the nicest journey, but we managed to get some sleep on the bus (helped by the reclining seats).

Everything was good, except that the speedboat went to Maenam , instead of Nathon pier...
