The bus is clean and comfortable - if over 6foot then will be a little small but still very good. Would happily get again. You get on the local bus to the sleeper bus which is ~30 minutes of of the city, a really easy transition as people check tickets and point you to the right bus. 5*

The bus was so comfortable and nice! I had a good sleep on the bus. Our bus got delayed and I think every bus is not on time due to traffic so if your schedule would be tight, you should take a previous bus than the actual one you take.

Autobús con wifi y asientos cómodos y amplios. Ayudan a pasar la frontera con e-visa o sin ella. Llego una hora mas tarde, quizás por el tráfico a la salida de No Chi Minh.

Оттуда отвезли на автовокзал на машине. Пересели в слип-бас .
Водитель автобуса неприветливый, резкий.
Чемоданы в автобус забивал ногами!
Сам автобус новый, люксовый. Лучше других. Шторки со всех сторон отделяют вас от других пассажиров.
Доехали в Ратьзю к заправке. Оттуда всех пассажиров довезли на микроавтобусе к порту.

The busses OK. The staff not very friendly but efficient. No water distributed on the bus, as it seems every other bus company does. Both going and coming back, the bus was late rewaching the destination by one hour: no explanation from the staff, no revised ETA.

Horrible service at the station! We have bad experience with service of office at the station. We had booked a month in advance. The service told us that all seats are sold out and we dont have a reservation despite showing the booking confirmation including payment. The Staff was unwilling and ten minutes later suddenly found 2 seats. We could not choose places, even though the bus eventually was half-empty. The pinnacle of indecency was when we left the bags with fragile gifts at the office. After our return a group of people sat on our bags and cheerfully amused themselves with the attendants. No apology, only unpleasant looks and waving the hands of the staff was very unprofessional and the worst experience of traveling around the Vietnam. The way was finally ok. The drivers were nice and willing.

The tickets were affordable, the bus was in good clean condition,very spacious and comfortable seats! Staff were friendly however did not speak English, so when we arrived at Bavet border we didn't know what to do and where to go as they didn't explain.

Al momento de comprar el ticket no se informaba q iba a haber cambio de bus, pensamos que todo el trayecto sería en el bus cama con literas, pero recién subimos a este en Phnom Phen, si bien al momento de comprar elegimos las literas superiores, cuando subimos al bus teníamos designadas las literas inferiores, aunque nos permitieron cambiarnos, ninguno de los buses contaba con baño, y en el de literas habían pequeñas cucarachas.

We took a normal bus from Ho Chi Minh that was ok. But then we were supposed to change the bus in Phnom Phen. We were waiting and someone told us that bus was coming for us. After half an hour a man came in a tuk tuk and took us to the bus, but was very difficult to understand the situation since they had gave us another information. Finnaly we were in the bus to Siem Reap, that was no so good. No toilets, and we could see some little cockroaches.

You don't the bus from the actual location. It's a mini bus ride. The bus we were in was actually couple of blocks away and the minibus boot was broken. Needless to say ppl in the back were worried they would fall out.

This was an excellent ride. Really comfortable. After approximately 2h we had a short stop for food and restrooms, because there are no toilets on the bus.
Only the Busstation in Phan Thiet is a bit off so you will need a Cab to go to Mui Ne.

First leg of the trip was really nice. But once in Cambodia I had to wait for 3.5 hours for the next bus to Siem Reap, and this bus was not as nice as the one before.

I had some moment of panic when upon reaching the station, company doesn't have a booth in the boarding point specified in the gate - which is the town's bus terminal. I asked around but locals seemed unaware of the company and told me its bus station is in another address. I trusted what's in the voucher though and waited at the station, asking help from guards who called the company. What happened was they picked me up via a shuttle then I had to change to the sleeper bus in their station about 5-10 minutes from boarding point.
From then on, everything went smoothly. We were off to HCMC on time and we arrived an hour earlier with a 30-minute stopover halfway. There's plenty of food and drink options and toilet. As with the staff, they spoke little English but I was lucky there was no major concern I had to talk to them about so communication through gesture was enough.

Bus was clean, seats a bit narrow, and short (you need to be laying down all the time), but quite comfortable in overall. Border crossing took way more than I had anticipated and, together with all the stops that we made, the whole trip lasted 7.5 hours. Also the procedure on the Moc Bai - Ba Vet border crossing was a bit confusing. First step was that once we were on board in Saigon, we handed all our passports to the bus company person. Then on the borders he gave them to the Vietnamese authorities who after stamping them they gave them back directly to us. We then boarded the bus again for a few meters and then got off again at Cambodia side. There we gave the passport to the Cambodian authorities and continued without them. We even got on the bus and went to a restaurant nearby. After about half an hour the bus company person showed with the tickets at hand stamped by the Cambodian authorities. This part was the trickiest since noone had explained beforehand what the procedure would be and kept all of us wondering if everything is going to be ok with our passports. Everything was perfectly fine in the end, and I am just mentioning our experience to prepare future travelers. We continued our trip with no problems.
One more thing that's worth mentioning for anyone traveling with a small kid, is that even though they are not required to get a ticket in general (as long as they share the seats with their parents), when crossing borders in particular, they need to get something like a "half" ticket. At least that's what the bus company claimed. So we paid 250000 VND upon boarding in Saigon.

I had a no frills transportation from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh through this Bus operator. They even helped me to get visa on arrival which requires some extra documentations for Indian passport holders. I recommend Indian passport holders to obtain Combodia e-visa online, at least a week before the travel to avoid such issues. Bus ride was comfortable, sleeper seats were good enough even though a little less spacious than that of another bus we took within Vietnam. Also this route is 3 times costlier than the same distance travelled within Vietnam. But that's the same for all bus companies running in this route. Bus arrived a few hours later than expected time even though it's still ok for the distance covered. Very comfi seats, easy border from Phnom Penh Cambodia to ho chi minh Vietnam. They had stops for toilet and the drivers are very friendly,helpful,courteous. the employees/driver are made everything easy to check in the border for us. I would Book again. It was a very Nice experience!
