The booking said it will take 7 hours and 45 minutes however I was transferred to another bus as I paid for a lazy boy. Then there was a mechanical failure that got us stuck in Atimonan for 4 hours as we had to wait for another bus to rescue us. It took me 12 hours to get to my destination. The bus was very cold that it makes the whole journey very uncomfortable.

Comfortable naman yung travel ko.
Ayun nga nagbook/reserve ako via online para di na sana hassle. Kahit nakabook online need pumila pa para kumuha ng ticket sa cashier. Okay lang naman sana pumila, pero it took them 10-12 minutes per person na magtransact sa cashier. Andyan na yung bus pero may 6 pang tao na nasa unahan ko. Ayun buti nalang nakiusap ako sa nag-aassist na ipauna ako.

First time to go to PITX and it was around 6:30pm. There’s a lot of people and staff there assisted me on where to go first and directed me to the ticketing booth of the bus company. Ticketing staff assisted me right away since there’s not a long queue. After I got my boarding pass, I ate my dinner since you have many choices on where to eat. The bus is on time and we departed on time, as well. The actual ticket price is around ₱150 less than the price charged when I booked in 12go but that’s fine since it’s my first time to use the online ticketing service. At least now I know where to go and where to book tickets. Thanks 12go!

1. Bakit ba kasi kailangan ng print out tickets if we are already going for electronic booking?
2. DLTB drivers and operators not wearing masks as all! Even during the trip! Very Kampante! Tapos umuubo? DO they even take covid tests regularly???
3. The drivers don't even mention ilang minutes ang stopover. Don;t event mention na pwedeng bumaba. They just stop and leave the bus leaving us clueless. You'd be hesistant to eat a meal during a stopover kasi dimo alam kung aalis agad.

Confirmation of voucher (for online booking) and the release of boarding pass should be at one location or booth only to avoid back & forth & lessen the long waiting line. Better if the confirmation and release of boarding pass can also be done thru online, same with the airport process.

The only problem I encountered is regarding the booking schedule re boarding point, wherein my booking ticket is Aurora Blvd. terminal but they send me to EDSA station because as they reasoned out that Daet trips are jst assigned in EDSA terminal, without considering the effort and additional fare to be spent in these transfers. Kindly advise your partner booking company about this. And they should refund the additional charge they take due to this situation.

Bus was delayed by more than an hour. In the end, I opted to join a supposedly later bus (original trip was 845, joined the 10pm bus because my bus was super delayed) in a less than ideal seat (last row, pretty bouncy) just to get on with my travel. Not sure what time my original bus arrived. Granted it was during the Christmas holiday, but it was a big hassle.

Bus arrived 30 minutes early at the terminal but left 45 minutes late. Leg room was not enough, made our legs seriously uncomfortable. Airconditioner worked well though. Several stopovers but the trip was faster than expected even it was Black Saturday (7pm-6am Naga to Pasay).

I left my documents at the DLTB terminal Aurora Cubao. I contacted the Hotline numbers, as well as the operator of the bus but no one answered my call. No one is willing to address my concern. My documents are very evident because those are the results of my laboratory testing on my health Condition. Sad to say that your in charge personnel don't have the professionalism on getting touched with the concern of the passed gers. Thank you.

Pictures from the website was not the real photo of the bus we booked. In the website it was 2x1 seats so we booked it, but when we arrived at the terminal the girl who assisted us said that there were no bus with seats that we want that will travel that day. But obviously on the website they have. Also seating arrangements was very confusing on the website.
