Booking tickets with 12go is easy and comfortable, I did not even have to print the voucher, what is quite difficult to do for travellers anyway! Nothing bad to tell, everything’s worked well. As a recommendation... an 12go-APP for IOS and Android would be nice.

Bangkok to Phnom Penh. A320. Great chairs and sufficient leg apace.. Great customer service. I found issue with my ticket and they solved it for free. The trip was only 50 minutes but they served a great meal. Compliments for this flight company and the service they deliver.

The flight was typical. Easy check in. Boarding typical. Food mediocre at best. Flight crew very friendly. Not sure why Bangkok Airlines is called a Boutique Airline. I found nothing unique about the experience. Fine on-time flight is an expectation not exceptional.

Flight was fine, but check in process brutal, got there early but still had to wait for check in to be done for another flight, but no signage showing which flights that was being checked in.

N’oubliez donc pas de vérifier que vos bagages en soute figurent sur le billet Électronique et d’all Les rajouter gratuitement via votre compte) Repas très correct et hôtesses charmantes. Un peu cher mais normal, on a pris les billets 2 jours avant)

Le vol est partit à l'heure mais l'avion faisait un bruit bizarre comme s'il y avait un problème mécanique des ailettes ...et le pilote à été un peu brutal pour l'atterrissage. Plusieurs personnes ont vomi et nous avons eu mal au coeur... voyage moyen....

The train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is a journey everyone should make. The beds are comfortable. But there is not much space to storage your luggage. I had to sleep with all by luggage. For me that's okay but it's not how it should be. The announcement that we arrived at Chiang Mai was horrible. I did not knew if we arrived or not. The man from the train shouted to everyone to get out. Not very nice. It was also not known that the beds were going to be seats. For more than 2 hours we had to seat, it would be nice if you can sleep until an half hour before the arrival. Besides that it was a magic trip, the train left on time and the boarding went smooth.
