Rien à dire, prestation au top par rapport au prix. Voiture confortable. Nous avons des gros bagages et nous n’avons pas eu à payer de supplément car le van n’était pas plein. La route a était plus courte que prévu. Nous sommes arrivés en avance. Je recommande sans hésité.

I have done this trip many times now. 12go has good, comfortable minivans. And, they have good drivers! By that I mean they have drivers not trying to beat every speed record between BKK and Hua Hin. Unfortunately some of the other minivancompanies have young boys driving like crazy. I feel 100% safe beeing passenger with 12go. I recomend this company.

Point de rdv facile à trouver. Départ à l heure prévue. Le van fait un peu de bruit et les amortisseurs ne sont plus tout jeune. On est arrivé avec 1/2 d'avance. Conduite prudente du chauffeur. Il fait 1 stop dans le trajet.

Excellent service. Le minibus est même parti un peu en avance. Le chauffeur conduisait très bien même s'il allait un peu vite. Cependant, l'arrêt de 10 minutes n'est pas nécessaire , puisqu'on arrive à destination 20 minutes plus tard.

Well organised. Got to Bangkok faster than planned, which is understandable as traffic is quite hard to predict. Comfortable minibus with A/C. Definitely worth the money.

Finding the station was very easy thanks to the explanations on the ticket. The bus was right on time,it took us only an hour and a half to get there. It was very comfortable as we were only 6 on the bus. And the driver was very Nice !

The staff was super friendly and helpfull, I was alone in the van and they allow to leave 30mins earlier then scheduled. The ride was safe and the van perfect, with usb ports fully functional. Absolutely recommended!

Pickup point was easy to find. Van was comfortable too. Giving 3 stars because i had asked if it is possible to be dropped near kanchanaburi train station and they told me that they will not be passing near the area. However, we passed through the area during the trip!!! Therefore, I asked the driver again if we can be dropped by the side of the road just in front of us but the driver replied no in a rude tone.

Great! Bus stop easy to find at Makkasan Station since 12go.Asia had own stop there and staff was easily recognizable with 12go.asia t-shirts. Bus (with A/C) was on time and very comfortable. We made one stop during the drive to get some snacks and arrived on time in Ayutthaya.

Professional driver, comfortable van, timely departure. Ran into a traffic jam on the way back into Bangkok, but that’s just the time and day we decided to travel. The driver made an extra stop break as it was a long drive, which we were grateful for.

Pick up point was quite easy to find, driver was polite and drove safely, but he was talking on the head phone the whole trip of 3,5 hours, what was pretty annoying... because of the traffic, the trip took 3,5 hours.

This option is the best option to travel around in thailand. The rate are good. I and my friend travelled back from Pattaya to Bangkok through 12GO and it was before the time at the mentioned pick up location. Also we reached on time. We booked 12GO VIP VAN, which is quite comfortable. Just check with them if you have too many or big luggages. As it's a van there are limited space for everyone. The drive was smooth. Also the attitude of the driver was good.

Good fast journey, driver left early as we were the only passengers. He did ask for an extra 200 baht to drop us directly to our hotel which considering the ticket was just over 300 baht was a bit dodgy
