Sharon M훌륭한 서비스였습니다. 전날 저녁, 출발 10분 전에 로비에서 대기하라는 안내를 받았습니다. 버스는 5분 늦게 도착했는데 (정확하게 도착했습니다!), 버스 여행은 매우 편안했습니다. 태국 국경을 넘는 것도 괜찮았지만, 아무도 안내해 주지 않아서 어떻게 해야 할지 조금 헷갈렸습니다. 결국 모든 것이 잘 해결되었고, 태국 쪽에서 잠시 커피를 마실 시간도 있었습니다. 그 후 버스를 타고 페리 선착장으로 이동했습니다. 페리 선착장에서는 "체크인"을 해야 했는데, 이름과 꼬창에서 묵을 호텔 이름을 알려주는 것이었습니다. 꼬창에서 이동할 차량 번호는 이미 제공받았습니다. 페리 탑승까지는 약 15분 정도만 기다리면 되었습니다. 페리 여행은 괜찮았지만, 배가 좀 낡고 녹슨 듯했지만 제 역할을 다했습니다. 꼬창에 도착해서는 픽업 차량을 타고 호텔로 이동했습니다. 전체 여행 시간은 여행사에서 안내한 시간보다 약 2시간 정도 더 걸렸지만 괜찮았습니다. 다만 그 정도는 예상해야 합니다. 그리고 가격은 정말 최고였습니다!

Cecil MChanges in the schedule were notified less than 24 hours in advance and we had to pay extra to have a private car half way. Once we arrived at the private car everything went well and the person was really respectful and kind. Before that we were seated in a small van without much explanation and with a guy who doesn't care much about being polite.

Karolina RThe bus drops you off at the border with Thailand and you have to go through the immigration yourself which was a bit chaotic. Once you’re cleared at the immigration you board another Bonsiri branded bus that takes you to the ferry for Koh Chang. At the ferry station you will receive a sticker label with a number on it. This number indicates which taxi you have to go to after you arrive by ferry in Koh Chang. From here the taxi will take you to your hotel. All in all the journey was smooth, although I wish these steps were outlined on the website.
