Celia MThe night bus was ok but we didn’t have any information on the trip : no information about taking a minivan to go to the ferry and no information on what to do once we arrived at the port by ferry. Where was the night bus? How to get there? We had to give our phone to a Vietnamese person so they could call the hotline and have scooter drivers come pick us up and take us to the night bus...
The 12Go support was of no help because they don't respond to emails.
