デメリット

  • 多人数乗車の場合、かなり窮屈に感じるかもしれません。足や肘を使うスペースは限られています。一部のバンでは、1枚のチケットで預けられる荷物は1個に制限されています。スーツケースやバックパックなど、荷物が多い場合は、荷物用のチケットを別途購入する必要があり、料金が2倍になります。

We arrived late because we were waiting for another boat, which made us 45 minutes late to the airport. They knew we wouldn’t arrive at 6 AM as stated on the voucher, so why tell customers that we would arrive at 6 AM? The boat journey itself was fine. The comfort was quite basic—there was no sink, but we were expecting that.

Beds were really small and uncomfortable, specially the pillows. There were people sleeping all along the aisle and there wasn’t space enough for people belongings. The restroom was located in the first floor, one unit per men, other unit per women. It was impossible to sleep until the sea was calm due to the speed of the boat plus the sea waves.

Everything went smoothly. We just didn’t quite understand why we were told to be at the bus station 30 minutes before departure and then had to wait a long time at the harbor (2.5 hours) after the ride. We would have preferred a slightly later departure from Khao Sok National Park. As it was, we had to leave as early as 5:40 a.m.

Overall they got us to our destination at the time they said. The first half of the trip was comfortable because the van wasn’t full. What wasn’t mentioned is they drop you off at Krabi station, and you have to wait for a transfer to take you more directly to where you’re going in Koh Lanta. If you want to be taken directly to the hotel you have to pay extra (cash) to one of the workers at the station. The second van was packed and had luggage in the rows which wasn’t great. Fine experience for the price but just be aware it might be longer especially if you’re the last drop off in the van.

We booked a transfer from Khao Sok to Koh Lanta, departure was at 9.00 and we arrived at 14.30. We had to change vans in Krabi and then continued to Koh Lanta via the Hua Hin Pier. Both vans were full and we had to put some luggage in the rows, but overall the experience was smooth and very good value for money.

Sleeper boat was on time and actually got to the destination early, but it is not very comfortable. Obviously we are paying budget prices so dont expect excellence. But there were extra mattresses all over the floor meaning the boat was overcrowded

We travelled from Khao Sok to Ao nammao in a van. The van left Khao Sok at 9h15 which is normal in Thailand. The trip was overall 3 hours which was the previously stated time for the travel. We stopped at Krabi before. The driver was super nice. Half trip we stopped at a service station

The company added a person to our second leg of the van last min and my partner and I were squished next to all the luggages with no room while others had room. We paid extra for space for our luggage too. They shouldn’t have added the extra person last minute.

We went from Khao Sok to Koh Tao. We arrived at the van station and checked in then you get a sticker so when the cans arrive they come and look at the sticker and take u with them. you get the van to another van station about 1.5 hours away. Then swap to another van, again they look at the sticker, then they drive another hour to the kind of ferry station. from there u need to check in and get a ticket. one side of the ticket is for the bus, the other for the ferry. u wait for the bus this then takes about an hour to get to the pier, then it’s a high speed catamaran which stops at koh samui and pangnan on the wait so u arrive at koh tao about 2.5 hours later. the entire journey took about 8 hours and it was all very organised. with 12go i’ve found u just have to go with it. u don’t get told how many vans or ferries u are taking as long as the start and end point are right u just have to trust them and they do this all the time it’s very organised.

We booked the bus Khao Sok - Koh Lanta. The company was very well organised, the bus left on time and the driver spoke good English. We asked them if they could make a stop in Krabi (not our destination on the ticket) because one of us was sick and needed to go to hospital. They were extremely understanding, stopped in Krabi and even drove us to the hospital for free in one of their vans (since they couldn't refund us the money for the rest of the trip), amazing service!

The driver from hat yai to penang was awful. He took a private customer a lady who delayed 4 tourists for an hour at passport control. He also took her to her personal home to South penang before taking us to George town. He refused to speak with us ignoring us and did not take us to komtar which was the only terminal. He started driving around and wanted to take us to places we didn't ask for. We had to yell at him in the end. He was weird and awful. He and this woman talked between themselves. They delayed our arrival and because of traffic going southward arrived after 19:00. All of us are tourists and we're angry and tired after leaving koh tao the previous night. Totally unacceptable.

I didn't have time to take a break between the transport (except after ferry but very early morning so everything is closed and the place I waited was remote). We never stopped in places I could buy food. It was a long way without being able to eat.

Quero deixar meu feedback extremamente positivo sobre o serviço de transporte de van. Eu e minha esposa saímos de Surat Thani com destino a Koh Lanta e tivemos uma experiência excelente do início ao fim. Chegamos 30 minutos antes do horário de embarque, conforme orientado, e ao entrar em contato via WhatsApp fomos prontamente atendidos. Após alguns minutos, a van chegou para nos buscar. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo anfitrião, que nos auxiliou no embarque. A viagem foi tranquila, o motorista muito simpático e profissional. Um ponto que nos agradou bastante foi o fato de a van não estar lotada, o que garantiu conforto e espaço suficiente para nossas quatro bagagens, sem cobrança adicional algo que valorizamos muito. Ao chegarmos em Krabi para a troca de van, fomos novamente bem atendidos por outro anfitrião, igualmente atencioso. Como nossa passagem incluía apenas o trajeto até o Saladan Pier, nos foi oferecida a opção de seguir até o hotel por 100 baht por pessoa, o que facilitou bastante nossa logística. A segunda parte da viagem também foi rápida, confortável e novamente com bastante espaço para as bagagens. O motorista foi excelente e, para nossa surpresa positiva, chegamos ao hotel antes do horário previsto. Fica aqui nosso agradecimento a toda a equipe envolvida pelo excelente serviço prestado. Com certeza recomendamos a experiência!

Von Koh Phagan nach Railey Beach (Krabi) Wir wussten nicht genau, wie die Reise verläuft, da man auf 12go nicht sehen konnte wie lang man in welchem Verkehrsmittel sitzt. Der erste Teil der Strecke war logischerweise mit der Fähre. Es war eine Nachtfähre und die ist von 22 Uhr bis 05 Uhr am nächsten Morgen gefahren. War sehr entspannt. Dann sind wir auf einen Van umgestiegen und weitere 2-3 Stunden gefahren zum Pier nahe Railey Beach. Hier hat uns der Fahrer Tickets gekauft fürs Longtailboot. Alles in allem sehr entspannt und hat alles gut geklappt!

Considero que la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor, íbamos hacinados y no sé podía ni andar por los pasillos porque todo el suelo estaba alfombrado de colchones y gente durmiendo, algo que resultaba realmente molesto si necesitas ir al baño, y más aún para las personas que tienes que casi pisar. Si sales fuera a fumar te ocupan directamente tú cama y luego tienes que echar al ocupa...me pareció un caos.

J’avais réservé un départ de Khao sok pour Koh Tao à 9h du matin. La veille au soir à 18h40 on m’annonce que y a pas de place sur le bateau alors qu’il est précisé que les correspondances sont assurées. Du coup on m’a proposé 6h30. Pour leur décharge du coup ils sont venus me chercher à l’hôtel.

Bon voyage mais 2h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée prévue. Nous avons fait un stop d’1 heure à Krabi pour changer de chauffeur et ce dernier a ensuite fait beaucoup de détours et d’arrêts pour récupérer d’autres voyageurs.

Es hieß Transfer Van+Boot 6.30-14.15. Tatsächlich war es : Van, dann plötzlich Stop und in einen anderen Van, nach 15 min wieder Stop, dann in einen Bus. Dann auf die Fähre, die dann zuerst in Koh Samui, dann Koh Panghan und als letztes mit einer Stunde Verspätung dann endlich Koh Tao anhielt. Bei einem stop hatten wir kurz Zeit zu einem 7 Eleven zu gehen 5 min Fußweg.
