タクシーで旅するメリットとデメリット
メリット
- タクシーで移動は、混雑したバスターミナルや駅を避け、ソーシャルディスタンスを保つことができるので、パンデミックを警戒する人にとっては良いポイントになります。
- タクシーなら、自分の都合のよい時間に出発し、途中の休憩や食事も計画でき、最短距離でなくても好きなルートを選ぶことができます。ただしその場合は、事前に運行会社への相談をお勧めします。事前相談すれば、すべてのオプションを含めた料金を計算してくれます。相談なしの場合、最終的な請求金額が高額になる可能性があります。
- タクシーは、他の公共交通機関が通っていない目的地まであなたを運んでくれます。バスや電車が通っていない辺鄙な村や場所にも、タクシーならば行くことができるでしょう。ただし、事前に予約しないと帰りの交通手段を確保するのが難しいため、往復で予約した方が良いでしょう。
デメリット
- タクシーの大きな欠点はコストです。バスや電車よりも高くつくのは間違いないです。タクシーのような民間のサービスには対価が必要なので、コスト面については覚悟しましょう。
- 検索結果に表示される料金は、A地点からB地点までの乗車料金の正味額です。運賃の計算に含まれていない回り道や余分な停留所には、追加料金が必要です。追加料金を支払わなければ、そのタクシーは次の旅行者に割り当てられる為、運転手はあなたの要求に答えられなくなる可能性があります。
- 音楽を聴きたくない場合は、音楽を消すように丁重に頼み、会話を続ける気がないことを運転手に遠慮なく伝えてください。
- タクシードライバーは、渋滞あるいは悪路を避けるために、変なルートや細い道を使いたがることが多々あります。乗車中にGoogle Mapsで旅行経路を確認して、Googleの推奨するルートから外れているのを見ると、かなり不安になるものです。

The price was really cheap as compared to the ones in the airport. The vehicle was well maintained and the driver was too good from all the aspects. Our hotel in Ninh Binh was quite difficult to find. He stayed with us for 30 minutes until we got down in the hotel.

This was a nice transportation service offered from Nha Trang airport to Muine. Our flight was late and the delay at immigration was ridiculous. We were about 1.5 hours later than we estimated but they still waited for us. I was most impressed. I wish it was a little easier to understand how to locate the driver. However, once I called the company, they were extremely quick to help me and ensure I got picked up.

Mr Tranh was very helpful and accommodated 2 extra passengers that were also going to the same destination as me, from the hostel I was staying in. There was a further confirmation of the booking the day before and Mr Tranh had already arrived at the pick up location 5 minutes prior to the booking time. Would recommend!

After I booked online, the van company contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm information and to provide a QR code ticket. My flight ended up being delayed, and they were able to rebook me on a later van, which delivered me to my hotel. Really excellent service. I highly recommend!

Everything went perfectly. I texted the person at Ouros to confirm our landing and the driver was at the airport arrival door with my name on a card. We promptly left and reached Sapa even earlier than we thougt. The car was clean and in perfect condition, and the driver was cleary not a beginner driver and was also very nice and smiling. I am sooo glad we did not take the bus... Totally worth it to get a private car!!!

We started our trip in Ho Chi Minh with the plan of working north from there, every single step of the way Ouros Travel were there ready and waiting with any inquiry we had, we booked several trips through these guys and honestly can’t fault them in anyway, great communication, great drivers and vehicles, all extremely polite and friendly, exactly what any traveller would want to deal with! Not to mention very fair prices even on a 10 hour drive from Nah Trang to Da Nang! Have honestly never received better service anywhere in the world, I for one will only use Ouros whenever I’m in Vietnam! Thank you so much!

We have to say that we were a little disappointed with the trip. The driver was 45 minutes to late. We were informed of that through WhatsApp though.
We saw he used his navigation and he wanted to take a no toll road which had a traveltime of 5 hours instead of 4. We said he had to take the faster option. (Which he did after we asked) He tried it twice. In Ho Chi Minh city he missed his turn 3 times. I could see he had to turn right but he just didn't do it. Then we had to turn around and go back. We lost a lot of time there.
When we left the city the navigation was better but he drove really slow. 55 when 120 was allowed. 45 when 80 was allowed.
We paid a lot for a private car and a good, no worries trip, but we didn't get one.
Informed the company of it after the drive. They apologied and we could get a small discount of 8 euro for a next trip.

Before a trip, I received instruction from office. Thats good and clearly. My flight was delay for over 2 hours, the driver was waiting without any additional fee. Sometimes he drives slowly 40-50 km because of speed control. The car is clean, one seat belt was stuck and couldnt be pulled out. But it is not problem. We arrived Phan Thiet after 4 hour. It was a safe trip and will make a reservation on the return way.
