デメリット

Hallo! Alles ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert!! Allerdings saßen die wenigen Passagiere sehr eng beieinander in den Reihen wohingegen andere Reihen wiederum komplett leer waren. Das könnte bisschen besser organisiert/verteilt werden!
Ansonsten recht kleiner Wartebereich mit zu wenigen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Flug war ok!

I was not aware that the baggage is not included in the tickets for 5pax. I have tonoay 185 USD for our 3 check in baggage. The payment should have been included during the purchase tickets because paying at the airport counter is more expensive

Flight was originally scheduled for around 12:00 and then rescheduled to 16:50 and finally took off at 18:00. Everything after totally messed up. No in flight anything. It was a waste of a number of hours. Will not book with them again

Flight carrier changed to Vietnam airlines, which was actually better. However, flight delayed 1 hour. Uncertain if and how 12 Go Asia would help in this situation, had it gotten worse... Hmmm

Could not add baggage to flight and had to pay excess baggage. On the positive they were kind enough to say they will reimburse us for this. I also added baggage on the manage my booking. However this was not upheld by the airline as they said the confirmation did not come directly from the airline. I tried to contact through the online chat but was disconnected several times on their side when trying to organise a name change which did not happen. I had to follow up every day and the problem was not solved. They said they tried to contact the airline but with no success? ...however they were very polite on the phone and email and sounded like they were trying to help.
