鉄道や大型バスと違って、バンではチケットのクラスが選べることはほとんどありません。座席はすべて同じで、スタンダード、VIPなど、呼び方は様々です。異なるのはバンの車体タイプです。9～10人乗りのバンもあります。これはより広いシート、より広いスペース、より快適な旅を意味します。15人乗りのバンもありますが、足や肘、荷物のスペースが犠牲になることが多く、窮屈に感じるでしょう。快適な乗り心地を確保するために、1席ではなく2席を購入するのは良いアイデアです。バンのチケットを予約する前に、12Go Travelのバンサービスに関するレビューを読んで、あなたが何を重視するかを確認しましょう。.
バンで旅するメリットとデメリット
メリット
- 大型バスも電車も通っていない辺鄙な場所や小さな町や村に行くには、バンが唯一の手段のケースがあります。
- 大型バスは乗船不可でも、バンなら乗船可能な大型カーフェリーがあります。これらのフェリーを利用すれば、島々へも、バンで行けます。
- 大型バスに比べると車体が小さいため、道中での取り回しが良いです。特に目的地が遠くない場合は、移動時間が短くなることもあります。
- バンには停留所がありますが、停留所ではない場所で降りることも可能です。100%可能とは限りませんが、多くのドライバーは協力してくれるはずです。そうすれば、ターミナルから徒歩やタクシーで降りなければならなかった時間と費用の両方を節約できます。
デメリット
- 多人数乗車の場合、かなり窮屈に感じるかもしれません。足や肘を使うスペースは限られています。一部のバンでは、1枚のチケットで預けられる荷物は1個に制限されています。スーツケースやバックパックなど、荷物が多い場合は、荷物用のチケットを別途購入する必要があり、料金が2倍になります。
- すべてのバンがスケジュール通りに運行されているわけではありません。路線によっては、満席にならないと出発しない場合もあります。チケットを買う前にオペレーターに確認してください。バンが満員になるまで予想以上に長く待つことになるかもしれません。
- 他の交通手段でバンほど無謀なドライバーはいないでしょう。車両に速度制御ユニットを取り付けている会社もありますが、ドライバーが警告を無視し続け、走行中ずっとビープ音を鳴らしているケースは珍しくありません。バンで移動するときは、必ずシートベルトを着用しましょう。時にはシートベルトがどこにあるか、調べる必要があるかもしれません。
- 乗り物酔いしやすい人は、バン旅行の30分前に薬を飲んでおくとよいでしょう（特に、曲がりくねった道を通る場合）。バスよりもバンの方が乗り物酔いしやすいのです。

Nous avons eu un excellent chauffeur. Nous sommes partis 10 minutes à l’avance étant donné que tout le monde était arrivé. Nous sommes arrivés à destination presque 1h30 à l’avance. Nous sommes très satisfait de ce transport.

The van was quite comfy, the driver made a well planned bathroom and snack break unprompted, and we got to our destination an hour ahead of schedule. All in all a great experience. Just be advised that the luggage space is indeed very limited - hardshell suitcases are especially tricky, and in our case, there was a 15-minute real-life game of Tetris before departure - one more piece and we would have had a real problem. So pack light and enjoy the trip!

On a pu partir en avance. Il y a pas énormément de place dans le coffre veillez bien à avoir 1 bagage et un sac à dos que vous pouvez mettre à vos pied. Une pause de 15 min. Van confortable, je recommande !

We order transport in van to railway station in Phitsanulok. With us waited 3 other people (5 together) who went to the same place and 8 people who went to bus station. Van had 10 seats for passengers. It wasn’t a problem for the driver to feet 13 people to the same car :0 some people seat on the legs of another because it wasn’t enough seats for them. I need to say that it was 1h 15 minutes way. Also driver without any question made a selfie with us (without our permission) and then sent it to someone. After few minutes he had a call and we understood that he spoke about fitting more people then he can to the car and it was so funny for him. On the way he drove car very fast (to fast) and very close of back bumper cars in front. It was dangerous and stupid because he was responsible for our safety and also he had more people in the car then he can.
Way from Phitsanulok to Sukhothai was perfect, smooth and safe but way back was very uncomfortable, dangerous and not as we ordered.

Easy and comfortable way to travel from Chiang Mai to Sukhothai. At the meeting point you have the possibility to buy drinks/food and there's also a toilet. Very kind driver, good roads (since I start feeling motion sick pretty fast I was really happy about that :)). After appr. 60 - 90 minutes we stopped to get some snacks / use the restrooms. We arrived around 40 minutes before the scheduled time. Drop-off is at a coffee shop close to the National Museum in Old Sukhothai.

Todo perfecto.
Hay que prestar atención puesto que hay dos 7/11 en Sukhotai. El van se coge en el que está saliendo del parque histórico (como dirección new sukhotai) a mano derecha. Hay un mini van con el logo de 12goasia.
Van muy cómodo y muy puntual .

Très bon niveau de conduite du chauffeur avec l’ arrêt.
Peut être, il faudrait deux arrêts.
Surtout il faudrait aussi déposer les passagers à New Sukhothai, c’ est dommage sachant que que 20 personnes attendaient pour le trajet inverse.

Parfait ! La personne nous attendait sur le quai avec un signe 12Go. Il était là dès la descente du train et il est parti directement avec nous 30 minutes en avance car nous étions les seuls clients. On a apprécié la flexibilité. Van très confortable et un peu bling bling mais on a bien ri. Chauffeur très gentil.

Driver was at Suriwong Book Shop 45 minutes prior to departure. Friendly, helpful und very careful Driver. We had 2 stops for restroom (one with Snack options) on our 4.5 hour journey. Everything in the bus was fine as well.
