Abbiamo acquistato i biglietti e non abbiamo ricevuto la conferma. Quando mancava un giorno al viaggio, mi sono messa in contatto con loro e mi hanno detto che il mio autobus era già prenotato e non sarebbe arrivato prima del giorno successivo. Ho dovuto affittare un'altra stanza in hotel e ho perso un giorno della mia prenotazione a Hoi An. Il giorno in cui dovevamo prendere l'autobus, che era alle 18.30, siamo partiti alle 21.00 perché l'autobus era in ritardo e nessuno dell'operatore ci ha detto quando sarebbe arrivato. Inoltre, l'autista ha guidato come un pazzo durante la notte! Alla fine siamo arrivati a destinazione, ma non rifarei il viaggio.

Vehicle was comfortable, nice and spacious beds. Airco and charging ports included. Bus departed on time and arrived earlier than expected, so that was great too.

The sleeper bus experience was new to me and I liked it. They were on time, the bus was clean and through out the journey, the driver kept us informed about toilet stops to ensure that we were able to relieve ourselves through out the long journey from Dalat to Hoi An.

I can only recommend the overnight bus from Dalat to Hoi An. The company reaches out beforehand to make sure everything is clear and goes according to plan. 12goasia does have a wrong location for their office marked, note that it is a bit further out of town. All in all, slept well and would do it again.

Two toilet stops in total. But when there was a lady who was agressivly throwing up and feeling sick they refused to stop for her so she could have some air for a bit. I think eventually the friend convinced them to stop but it took alot of anger..

The ride was extremely bumpy — much more than expected. Halfway through the journey the driver changed, and the driving became significantly worse. The new driver was driving very aggressively: full acceleration, hard braking, and it honestly felt like he was aiming for every pothole on the road. I didn’t sleep at all because of this. For comparison, my Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat trip with An Anh Bus was very smooth and comfortable. On the positive side, the bus itself was clean and in good condition, and there were toilet stops approximately every 3 hours.
