Extremely Dangerous and Completely Unacceptable Transport from Koh Chang to Koh Samet I have travelled with your company before and have always been very satisfied with both the service and the reliability. Unfortunately, this recent trip was completely different – and turned into one of the most dangerous experiences I’ve ever had on the road. The driver arrived an hour earlier than scheduled, and the problems started immediately. After the ferry, he began driving very erratically and swerving across the lane. He reacted too late to two traffic slowdowns, causing hard braking at high speed with screeching tires and nearly crashing. It was obvious early on that he was extremely fatigued and not in a condition to drive safely. When he then fell asleep at a red light, it became clear that we were in a life-threatening situation. We asked him to stop at a gas station and even bought him drinks and snacks to help him stay awake – something no passenger should ever have to do. Despite this, he continued driving erratically for almost another hour, showing every classic sign of severe exhaustion: drifting between lanes, shifting restlessly in his seat, slapping his thighs, and struggling to keep his eyes open. To be clear: the driver was not rude or unpleasant in any way. He was simply far too tired to be behind the wheel, and that made the situation extremely dangerous. To make matters worse, the trip ended with him dropping us off at a random guesthouse without giving any explanation or directions on where we should go next. This experience was completely unacceptable and unsafe, especially considering how good my previous trips with your company have been. I strongly urge you to review your safety procedures to ensure that no other passengers are put at such risk.
