Taxi came without a notice and picked us up about 15 minutes earlier than the time stated on the ticket. We weren't sure when the taxi would arrive because it is stated that we should be ready up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time (12pm). We were taken to Bang Bao Pier where the ferry departed at 1pm. The ferry has a decent size with a capacity of 108 passengers. There were indoor (with AC) and outdoor seats. Overall it took about 90 minutes the reach Koh Kood with a stopover on Koh Mak. On Koh Kood passengers where guided to there respected taxi based on their destionation. Overall very organised. Just trust the Thais and don't get too hung up on the time.
