Bus schedule changed without notice, started 1.5 hours late and arrived 7 hours after schedule. First bus was very good, then unexpected change of bus in Nah Trang and this one was very slow and tight (2 people per cabin). On the positive side, everything was organized and we finally arrived at destination. Overall not recommended.

Our limousine bus was canceled the day we should leave , the agency told us there was a bus accident with our bus and sent us a bus crash picture! . She couldn’t change our seats for the same day and we had to book another hotel room for the initial night we should spend in night bus .we finally traveled the day after in a local bus . I’m not even sure I will have my money back for the difference between luxury and local bus. Moreover the new proposed bus was a day bus arriving at 1am to destination .

The pickup was well organized, we booked a sleeping bus from hoi an to mui ne. They picked us at the hotel at hoi an and drove to the pickup point for about 20 minutes, near the main road from da nang. The bus was going all the way to ho chi minh. We made a stop at about 4h of drive. Not good: -The drop off time was nowhere right specified, we arriwed at about 5:30 in the morning on some petrol station outside of Phan Thiet (on the booking was specified time arround 11am - which i suppose was meant for ho chi minh - but it is not anywhere written) -the drop off point was not even close to the location specified - 20km away and 30 minutes of drive - we had almost had to pay the same amount to the taxi driver that then drove us to the mui ne location than for the bus from hoi an to mui ne. There is a lot of options to better inform the travelers how their journey will be from the 12go and from the operators,because otherwise this type of travel in vietnam is good organized. I think that the drivers of the bus just decided to a little shorten their journey to drop us of somewhere more offside of the city.
