The first time we booked a Van we wanted to ydrive at 9 o'clock, but we were there by 8:15, so we could take the sooner Van at 8:30.
Then we booked a Van at 8 o'clock and axtually drove at 8:30 - even though we were there by 7:30. It was fine, because the driver brought us directly to the Don Mueang International Airport where we originally wanted to go. ++
The busticket would have been way cheaper if we had bought it at the bus station. Over all, I would book the bus again.

Arrivés en avance pour le retour, nous avons pu prendre le van de 15h30 au lieu de celui initialement réservé à 17h. Le van part quand il est plein.
Le terminal de départ à Bangkok était loin de la station de métro la plus proche (30min à pied), mais au retour le chauffeur nous a déposé juste devant le métro et ça c’était vraiment appréciable ! Il faudrait faire pareil à l’aller.
Les sièges des vans sont petits, peu de place pour les jambes.

Arrivés en avance au terminal nous sommes partis avec le bus de 9h35 au lieu de celui de 10h. Idem au retour pas de soucis pour prendre un autre horaire. Le van part quand il est plein.
Dommage que le terminal de départ soit si loin de la station de métro la plus proche (30min à pied)

Easy to find with a cheap taxi from Mochit metro station. Staff in the van terminal is very kind and helpful. The van started exact time and arrived quickly but with a safe driving to Ayutthaya van terminal.

As we got to the van terminal earlier, we were able to get on a van 30 minutes early. The journey was quicker than what it says here, and we arrived in Ayutthaya in 1 hour!

Reserve cuatro asientos para dos personas por lo que ponía del problema para las maletas y no lo respetaron, encima el conductor paró en no se que sitio a recoger bolsas de comida congelada o que se yo y entre los pies tuvimos q llevarlo. Por lo demás bien y el servicio de esta web increíble.

The trip went very well and we arrived marginally earlier than promised, which luckily wasn't a problem for our destination. We would've liked something a bit more spacious, as we had to ride with our bags on our laps (maybe a baggage storage would be beneficial).

I guess you can’t expect much for this price but I was quite confused to leave Ayutthaya 45 min early with no explanation. On one hand, it was good to leave right away, on the other hand I wasn’t very impressed with the way they welcome people. But then again not a VIP ride, and there’s the language barrier, so yeah, you can’t expect much. Just make sure they read your destination correctly and you’ll be fine.

The van travel was very accurately on time. I truly appreciate that. I wish the driver of the van was given some training to be more polite and not rough. They were simply disrespectful and uncouth. Secondly it is strange and totally not acceptable that the front row seat is cramped with row of storage boxes right behind the driver seat and the front side seat of the driver. There is sheer nuisance that there is a row of plastic boxes for storage and that leaves little space for those unfortunate lot assigned the first row seat right behind the driver. This i felt was the case in each of the vans and shows tremendous disrespect to travellers and particularly tourists who are victims of seating in front row.
I am also surprised that the van operators have devised a stupid and arrogant way to fool the customers. when you make the reservation online, one is not told about the five pages of rules and regulations to observe. I am sure most people make the booking and and find themselves horribly surprised as the confirmation email is received there is five pages of relentless arrogant rules that are just not tenable. Please check that out and see how reasonable for you to inform the passengers about do's and don'ts when the ticket has already been booked. This is totally unacceptable anywhere in the court of law.

Nice minivan, good driver. We booked one extra seat for our luggage as recommended but it was completely ignored by the staff and our luggage was squeezed between the seats.

No hace falta reservar en internet. Se pueden comprar allí, mucho mas barato, por 60B, que son menos de 2€. No miran la hora de la reserva, en cuando se llene la furgo, se va. Pero hay muchas, van de seguido. Así que no compreis antes. Las furgonetas son algo chiquititas, no hay espacio para maletas, se llevan delante de los pies y el espacio es muy reducido. Tienen aire acondicionado, no sabeis lo mucho que hace esto en aquel calor infernal. En Ayutthaya coger tuc tuc, 200B/hora/tuc tuc (intentaran pedir esto x persona). Lo de las bicis allí es una locura, hace demasiadoooo calor, que no se os ocurra.

Le chauffeur nous a pris en avance et n’a pas perdu de temps à arriver jusqu’à Bangkok, par contre aucun soucis du confort des passagers : cloisonnés à l’arrière du véhicule sans place pour les jambes et la tête, et vitesse excessive sans ralentir pour prendre les bosses sur la route !

Be prepared to have a crazy ride. The road is pretty much all highway with dense traffic and the driver might even be more coldblooded than some tuk tuk drivers. The bus is very small, little space for luggage. If u travel with a backpack you might want to book seat for it.
The walk from Mo Chit Railstation is pretty difficult and lasts longer than you would think.
All in all the drive was quick and pretty good fun tho.

Gute Fahrt im Minivan, das Busterminal ist groß, also mehr Zeit einplanen. Die Frau am Bus war Recht unfreundlich, die Fahrt ein wenig gequetscht mit viel Gepäck (Rucksack) aber sonst oke.

Muy recomendable, llego pronto y a la vuelta llegue bastante pronto a la estacion y me dejaron adelantar la hora y volver antes! Además se puede pagar con tarjeta q eso en Tailandia es casi imposible! Me cogieron el voucher q lleve impreso y no hubo ningún problema

Organisés et attentif, on a apprécié l'air conditionné. En revanche, peu de place pour les jambes et nos gros sacs sur les genoux... Heureusement que le trajet a duré moins de 2h!

It's convenient to be able to book/ paid online. The ven is on time. And also nice if you arrive at the bus stop earlier they can take you first, don't need to wait for the schedule you booked. The only downside is the bus is a little old.

Great services. We booked a later am timing, but were allowed to set off earlier when we wanted to. The van also dropped us off at Mo Chit BTS station, which was much more convenient as compared to the van terminal.

Price was more than to high! The Staff ( Lady ) on the Station for the Bus was so unfriendly! We wait 1 Hour for the Bus and needs to pay extra money!
