Lit confortable avec une couverture et un coussin. Place pour mettre les bagages sous les lit et dessus. Quelques petits trucs à grignoter et à boire disponible gratuitement dans la couchette. Une dame passe dans les couloirs pour vendre à manger et à boire à des prix corrects. Par contre pas mal de bruits (le train fait du bruit et des des branches d'arbre tapent dans le train durant le trajet). Arrivée et départ à l'heure (à ~15 minutes près). Et bien se couvrir car la climatisation est forte et pas possible de la régler.

เก่าไม่ตรงตามรูป ไม่ได้ดูใหม่สะอาดเหมือนที่เขียนเครมไว้ ขากลับ ห้องน้ำแย่มาก ส้วมเต็ม กดไม่ลง แถมรถไฟเสียงดังมากๆๆๆๆ ดังกว่ารถไฟไทย ทีแรกก็ทำใจแล้วว่ารถไฟมันดังอยู่แล้ว เพราะเคยใช้บริการรถไฟไทย ไม่คิดว่าจะดังขนาดนี้ หลับไม่ลงทั้งขาไปขากลับ ทำให้เพลียมากๆ ถือว่าพลาดที่เลือกทั้งไปทั้งกลับ ครั้งหน้าถ้าจะไปซาปา จะขอลองรถ Sleeping Bus ดีกว่า แต่พนักงานที่พาไปส่งขึ้นรถดี ทั้งขาไปและกลับ

It was nice. I was actually warn on the first level. People downstairs were a bit cold.
But quite comfortable. Nicely organised and clean.
Just don't follow people straight out of the train... They didn't leave us a chance, and we didn't do what we wanted to.
Also prices were as usual.... Pricier.
Don't get the coffee outside as well, its 3 times the price.

Vraiment agréable le train, j’avais des appréhensions mais j’ai dormi, pas toute la nuit mais suffisamment. Ça brasse mais pas trop et eau et petit goûter apprécié. Lit confortable avec sac de couchage pour la chaleur. J’y retournerais au besoin.

Great journey. Good check in at the hotel. Cabin was clean and stocked with snacks and drinks which was nice. The only negative was that the ‘soft’ bunks were actually harder than expected. We would travel this way again.

สำหรับคนไทยนะคะ จองง่ายมาก ไม่ต้องไปแลกตั๋วแค่ปริ้นมาจากเมลล์ ห้องน้ำดีมาก มี 1 ห้อง 2 อ่างล้างหน้าภายในห้องก็ดี น้ำเปล่า น้ำอัดลม ขนม กล้วย ผ้าเย็น ปลั้กไฟ รวมๆประทับใจมากค่ะ

พนักงานที่พาไปรถไฟ เดินเร็วมากหาไม่เจอ ไม่รู้รถไฟ ขบวนไหน ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ทางเดินลากกระเป๋าไปไม่สะดวก ขรุขระมาก แต่พนักงานที่โรงแรมต้อนรับดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ตอบคำถาม ช่วยจองรถให้ ที่นอนดี แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กมาก มีแต่เรื่องพนักงานที่พาไปส่งที่รถไฟ น่าจะใส่ใจลูกค้าทุกคน มากกว่านี้ ถ้าหารถไฟไม่เจอ อาจตกรถไฟ เพราะไม่ทราบว่าขึ้นตรงไหน

Slight mix up last minute on tickets as I missed an email with our vouchers but a rep of Laman express met us at the station and saw us on to the train - surprisingly comfortable and easy journey - I contacted 12go by email regarding my return trip and they were quick to respond and sent my vouchers immediately- even tho it was Xmas day - good service overall although emails let me down - this has happened before with JetStar so I don’t think 12go are at fault here

Wir sind von Ninh Bình nach Dang An mit dem Nachtzug in einer 4er Schlaf Kabine gefahren. 13h und doch sind wir noch nie angenehmer gereist. Klar, man schläft nicht wie im eigenen Bett, aber für die lange Fahrtzeit kamen wir doch sehr erholt am Zielort an. Das Boardpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer um einen bemüht. Die Toilettesituation manchmal etwas unschön. Aber daran sind wohl eher die Fahrgäste schuld, als das Boardpersonal.

Con una sala fuera de la estación para esperar o dejar el equipaje. Cerveza de bienvenida. El colchón de la cama era algo duro pero soportable. Había agua y fruta. Faltaba un vagón restaurante o bar. Todo lo demás muy correcto.

Our trip was fantastic. Nice and cozy cabin, perfect beds and excellent service. The only thing to complain about: the departure time on out voucher wasn’t correct: instead of 22.25 which was on our voucher the train left at 22.12. And the was the correct time on the train schedule. Luckily we were there on time otherwise we would have missed it.

We only got a banana and a coffee bread for breakfast. For the rest, we slept very well and the ride was wonderful.

The trip was great. The train and our cabin was super clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I shared my bed with my 1 year old and we both had a decent nights sleep.

Heel veel beter dan de nachttrein van Vietnam railway. Als je het kunt betalen zou ik je aanraden met Laman te reizen. Comfortabeler en schoner. Kregen zelfs een ontbijtje en koffie of thee. Ook zitten drankjes zoals water, fris en bier inbegrepen bij de prijs.

This was a great trip and the overnight sleeper train (VIP 2 berth) was worth every penny for my husband and myself. The berths were comfortable, the service was excellent and the ride was fun! In the morning, we had time to talk with our neighbors on the train, an opportunity to see the countryside and everything was handled by helpful and knowledgeable staff. We would definitely travel this way again!

Fantastic start to finish. Easy boarding, very comfortable cabin and friendly service. Views in the morning were incredible. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you 12go and Laman Express from the Scottish travellers.

Very nice staff, nice complimentary food and drinks. We had booked the wrong beds (we wanted 2 lower beds) so we asked at the desk if we could change it. Then we got a private room for 4 persons but only 2 beds where booked! So lucky. Beautiful trip and did manage to get some sleep.

We booked the Laman because they said the have wifi and we really needed to be able to connect to some meetings. Wifi did not work, we asked the workers, they said they will check it but never did and never gave us feedback about it.

It was nothing special, quite cramped and the rooms were fairly hot. Only snacks provided, personally I would go by bus or air instead.

Experience was great! We booked same day in the afternoon, to start to go back to Hanoi at night, and got a confirmation within an hour. We got to the train and had free refreshments and a personalized letter to thank and welcome us (+points for this gesture!). The cabin was clean, restroom too. The ride sometimes was not so quiet but it's normal since we're on a train 😅. For our first sleeper train experience, overall, it was great as we managed to get some sleep, left and got to our destination on time.

My spouse, three sons (10 months and 3 and 6 years old) took the night Laman Express from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Everything was explained and organized in a very good way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the prices are super fair, our cabin was very clean and comfortable, we found some sleep and we arrived safely and in time in Sa Pa.
