Lisa PThe driver missed stops along the way, and left us in Penang instead of George Town. Everyone was confused. One passenger had to take a bus back to Ipoh because he went past her stop, and one had to take a bus back to Butterworth because he missed his stop.
The driver seemed in a hurry.

My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.

Once there we had to wait about an hour to be picked up from the boat, so maybe it's not necessary to leave that early in the morning; but I guess they do it just in case there is any traffic jam.
