Anonymous An Adventure. The friendly bus drivers. The bus itself and the beautiful nature in Croatia. It was a fully booked bus at noon on a hot July day. I first needed to ask a bus driver which is the correct bus as I did not see a proper overview of departures and platforms. Then there was a big crowd and all at the same time tried to get their luggage to the bus driver who moved the luggage into the bus and collected a fee for it. It was hectic as many people where afraid that the bus was overbooked. I did not tell the bus driver that I am going to Zaton Doli when giving him my luggage. As my luggage was buried below tens of other luggages and everyone else was going to Dubrovnik, the driver then asked me whether it is fine for me to go to Dubrovnik too. In this case it was okay, but I recommend the following: 1. Include the luggage fee in the ticket price to save time for everyone during the departure. 2. Have sufficient personnel at the departure to get the luggage in and check the tickets. 3. Make it very clear who should get the luggage in first depending on their destination.
