Susan MThe train was old, worn and not very clean. There was no rubbish, but the windows and general area needed cleaning. The station experience is intimidating. People constantly trying to take your case to help you and demanding money. We did not give them our cases they were grabbed from us. The stations should ban non travellers from the stations and they definitely need more staff on the platforms. Having said all this the 12Go Asia were excellent, the information received was accurate and timely. I would use 12goAsia again.

Pawel DWe arrived, but it wasn’t a comfortable trip. I killed 18 mosquitoes along the way - not counting the unconfirmed kills. Unfortunately, two got my leg.
I don’t know where they leave that bus overnight, but this was completely avoidable. There were two stops along the way despite the fact that we were delayed, which I didn’t really understand, but maybe that’s just how things work here. During the break, the bus was left in the sun. The air conditioning was working while we were driving.

Jesus Train was comfortable and on time. Multiple vendors pass all the time shouting their goods so not a lot of rest, but overall a good experience with the CC class

Alan BThe car markings did not match the ticket. I had to pay a porter ₹200 just to show me which car to get on. Otherwise it was a good trip.
