Anonymous The bus driver was extremely rude and racist, in fact he has repeatedly insulted passengers. Nothing. Except the fact that I reached my destination. The bus driver was extremely rude and racist, in fact he has repeatedly insulted passengers. Furthermore, I was not feeling safe during the trip due to the fact that the driver was constantly at his phone checking WhatsApp messages.

Anonymous Best bus ride so far. After several awful bus rides in Albania and Montenegro we were pleasantly surprised by this bus trip - it departed on time, the bus was clean and the driver was competent. Would definitely use Arriva again. Too many stops along the way.
