Cyril GD’habitude les voyages avec 12GO sont plus faciles. Le traffic nautique était interrompu et nous n’avons pas pu faire le trajet avec l’agence. Comment se passe le remboursement ?
Sinon le transport de Ubud à Sanur s’est bien passé avec un très bon chauffeur 👍

Josem LA 4h trip turn up to be 7 hours. Forget to plan anything after booking this trip, you'll be late for sure.
Our trip was for 10:00 but the transfer arrived late and also picked up people with trips starting at 10:30. Why selling two starting hours to keep people waiting?
To continue, at the check-in point, they make you pay a 30k IDR tax not even mentioned in the voucher. And they tell you to wait untill 13:15, in our case, to go to the boat, in a narrow sidewalk with no room to sit and heavy traffic in front of us. At 13:30 we were still waiting for people that were arriving to do the check-in.
After that they took us to wait another time in the boat terminal. Why couldn't just tell us to wait there, with fans and toilets instead of in the street?
We were supposed to arrived at Gili Meno at 14:00. But at 14:30 the boat was leaving Bali.
Arriving at Gili T, no information was given to disembark to go to a smaller boat. we found out from another passenger who told us.
With no real information about the times, what to do and the mess treating the users. The only thing that you can expect for this journey is that you will eventually arrive at your destination.

Holly SOur driver Suna was early but didnt mind waiting until we were ready. He communicated well the day before and was very friendly and informative en route. Safe and comfortable journey, and helped us at the port so it was as easy as could be!

Eva FWe were supposed to be on gili air at 2 p.m that day but we were booked on a ferry that left Bali Harbour at 1:45 p.m. In the end we reached the island at 5 p.m. We would have booked another ferry/connection if we had known that because our plan was to have a first stroll around the island and enjoy the first afternoon at the beach. Our transportation to the ferry was good in general although they told us last minute that day when and where the pickup up was. The organization at the ferry was good. The ferry was packed and the seats were very narrow (not a lot of space to sit)
