ATTENTION

• In case the ticket is issued as an E-Ticket (QR Code) instead of a paper-ticket, you can go directly to the train station and travel as usual. There is no need to pick it up from the hotel.
  As all the train bookings are manually purchased, it can only be issued 1-3 days before departure to get confirmation. For your convenience, 12Go offers booking flexibility that would help process your booking faster.

General information

• All non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before arrival.

• Veuillez vous enregistrer au moins 90 minutes avant le départ.

• You must provide a scanned copy of of all passenger's passports (page with picture) in order to book train tickets (requirement of Laos Railway). Without passport copy tickets will not be issued.

• Passport must have at least 6 months validity before travel. Tickets cannot be purchased, or customers may be denied boarding if the provided information is incorrect. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are accurate

• If you have a middle name, please enter it

• Your tickets will be manually purchased by 12Go on your behalf at the station. Trains in Laos are often fully booked, especially VIP class compartments. In such cases, we will make every effort to secure tickets in a different class. Please be aware that you may receive an email regarding this change and a refund for the price difference.

• The actual schedule of the trains may be changed without prior notice.
  * For passengers who have a connecting flight, Kindly allow some time at least 3-4 Hours before your departure to avoid any delay that may cause you to miss the flight *
  For transfer routes, When you arrive at the meeting point, the driver will display a signboard stating "RG & 12Go." Please observe the sign before boarding.

• Pets are not allowed.

• For Laos Railways routes, passengers are prohibited from carrying the following items into stations or on trains:

  1. Weapons and ammunition of any kind. 2. All kinds of explosives. 3. Chemicals of any kind. 4. Drugs of any kind. 5. Sharp objects. 6. Animals, both alive and dead. 7. Food with strong odors or liquid consistency. 8. Liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs).

Baggage Policy for Train

• No limitations on luggage.
• Customers carry all items with them as there is no "checked baggage" service.

Baggage Policy for Van + Bus

• Luggage allowance is 20 Kg / 24 Inches : 44.5 x 28.5 x 67.5 CM
• The service provider reserves its right to reject and/or cancel the service immediately due to the unsanctioned overload of luggage.
• Extraordinary size or amount of luggage could incur extra charge without prior notice.
