Samuel was a bit delayed by an hour, not the fault of the operator but one of the lads on the bus couldnt get through the border due to a soon expiring passport, situation was a bit vague and unclear as nothing was explained and the bus they initially drove off without him while his friends were still on the bus. Seemed to get sorted eventually and was otherwise smooth sailing. otherwise was fine and came with warm drinks, food, and water. toilets were nicer than any we've had in asia in the last 6 weeks and seats were super comfy

Catarina MTrip from Pakse to Siem Reap: The trip started at 8:30am and they picked me up at 8:45am on a mini bus. We only left Pakse at 9:30am because every 100m we would stop for the locals to buy food on the street. 15min before the border I changed vehicles. We arrived at the border and they simply left us there without any information. After crossing the border, a girl on a motorcycle said where we had to go. We got into a van and about 30 minutes later we stopped to change vans again and have lunch (40min). We arrived at the destination 2h30 after the announcement.

Emaly BBooked this bus even though it was slightly pricier because it had more amenities listed, including entertainment and wifi on the bus. There was no entertainment or wifi which is standard for the region, but disappointing that it was promised and not delivered upon, nonetheless. The bus we got on was unfortunately quite run down with tight seats that barely reclined and did not have great leg room. The bathroom sorta stunk up the back area anytime it was used. The staff were very kind though and helpful at immigration. Lunch was included and free beverages as well. This was an average experience with a long-haul bus in SE Asia for a premium price. Had I known the experience would compare to lower budget options, I would have saved the money and booked something else.

Stefan Very chaotic, you will get to your destination but most probably not in time. I went from pakse to siem reap and had to switch busses three times, had to wait one hour between bus 2 and 3. The busses where fine. Regular SEA vans.
