Catherine FI bought a ticket with a departure time of 9.20 and an arrival time of 12.20. I received a text message in the morning saying they would notify me when the bus left the northern border, so then I realised it was going to be late. It eventually left at 10.20 and went all the way to Belize City, where we all had to get off, wait for around 45 minutes and then board another bus. We eventually made it to San Ignacio at about 15.30, and the bus almost broke down on the way. The drivers were helpful and we made it in the end, but the timings were so far from the schedule on the ticket that it's kind of a joke!
