Le lieu de prise en charge a été modifié à la dernière minute, ce qui a rendu difficile d'arriver à temps pour prendre le bus, et le processus de prise en charge semblait très désorganisé. Ensuite, on m'a installée dans un lit partagé avec une femme et son enfant en bas âge qui m'a donné des coups de pied au visage toute la nuit. Le bus est devenu aussi froid qu'une glacière à la moitié du trajet et aucune couverture n'était fournie. La conduite était tellement cahoteuse que nous avons failli toucher le plafond à certains moments.

The road was a bit bumpy but overall it was a comfortable ride. There was a break in between as well. Nice staff.

Tried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Train was on platform when we arrived , doors closed to train 20 mins before departure which caused panic as one of us was still on the platform , not knowing the Indian rail system and procedures this was concerning .
