Départ et arrivée en retard d’une heure.
Deux correspondances en minibus bondés. 12go n’est pas clair sur le détail des voyages et correspondances.
Bus de nuit propre et plutôt confortable pour le prix.

Très bonne expérience, sièges confortables, eau et petits snacks et un arrêt à 20h sur la route pour manger le soir (inclus dans le prix des billets). N'oubliez pas de prendre un pull car la climatisation est puissante, une petite couverture est également fournie dans le bus.

Great experience, comfy seats, water and little snacks and a stop at 8pm on the road to eat at night (included in the tickets price). Don't forget to take a sweater as the air conditionning is powerful, small blanket is furnished too in the bus.

We booked a trip from Koh Lanta to Bangkok starting at 12:30pm at Lanta Transport Office and with a planned arrival in Bgk at 6am.
We first got onto a van from Lanta to Krabi Bus Station where we had to wait for 1,5h to change into a bigger bus. We then travelled for a few hours to somewhere in Chumpon where we changed again (after waiting an hour) into a VIP sleeper bus. I think it was the more expensive option, but definitely worth it as the seats were very comfortable. We arrived an hour earlier in Bagkok, so at 5:00am. The whole experience was quite ok, not as bad as we were anticipating. The only few points for you to be aware of: 1)the changeovers between buses etc was quite chaotic with different people were saying different things 2) it would be nice to be told of the fact that you'd be changing means of transport twice, not once. Apart from that it was quite ok, but I strongly suggest you go for the more comfortable/expensive option of the VIP bus.

It is an adventure, but not in a good way. From koh lanta to Bangkok I changed into 4 different ways of transportation, first a mini van, than a microbus (terrible btw), than a tuktuk and finally the bus (old, not so comfortable). The only stop that the bus does is in a restaurant on the road, expensive and not too many options to eat. It could be better organized and comfortable, cause it is a long long trip. The drivers don't speak English and don't explain what is happening.

We got picked up 2 hours late from our hotel, with ZERO communication (thankfully we waited).
2 different vans then one coach. USBs didn’t work but Wifi did work eventually - toilets were clean. We got some dinner vouchers (VIP option) but we stopped at midnight for it; so we were exhausted, woken up in the middle of the night and therefore not really hungry for a full Thai meal. The food tasted great though but we didn’t stop long enough (~ 30 mins) to wake up, exchange ticket, order, eat and go to the bathroom. Just felt stressful. Never received any snacks or water. There were some blankets available which was nice. We arrived on time.

Hello,
We took a minivan from Koh lanta then a big bus to Bangkok.
There was no WIFI in the bus even if it said there was.
The bus was on time.
We could not really see the VIP seats. The seats were OK but not amazing, you not fully title them.
There was no snak but a voucher to get a meal at 1 o clock in a station (vegetarian options).
The company does not answer on WhatsApp you need to call them.

The first pick-up bus never came to my hotel, so I wanted 1h30 in the lobby until I had no choice to pay an extra 600THB to book an other mini bus (directly with my hotel), so I can catch the second bus at Krabi!! A lot of unnecessary stress and money waste, so my advise is just book the bus from krabi to Bangkok and plan the first part of your trip with your hotel!
And I tried to complain to the platform, obviously I never got my money back and they just closed my case…
