Un peu chaotique mais cela a fonctionné.
On nous a emmenés à notre hôtel pour un supplément, ce qui est certes mieux que de prendre un taxi, mais les autres personnes dans le bus allaient toujours dans le même sens, ce qui est bizarre...

We waited almost two hours to get picked up, no information. Had to call the operator four times to make sure they don’t forget picking us up. First van was completely packed with people. My seat wasn’t fixed to the car, my seatbelt didn’t work. The driver was reckless driving. We then stopped at the office had to tell them our hotel’s, we then got sticker with the hotel names for our shirt - which nobody cared about afterwards. The next van came after 30min waiting, was so packed with people that suitcases were stuffed everywhere between each seat. Luckily two didn’t wanted to wait and took a grab before. After waiting and squeezed into the van, we picked another two passengers at a bus stop which also took time and I have no clue however that fit into the bus, but somehow it did. Arriving at ko lanta completely exhausted around 4.30pm. It was mental, would pick a different operator next time.

The bus driver first made us wait for two hours without any notice and then demanded an extra 300 baht to pick us up from our accommodation, as agreed. Halfway through the journey, we were dropped off in an industrial estate in Krabi without being told when and how the journey would continue. Instead, they measured our luggage and wanted to charge us an extra fee, even though we only had three pieces of luggage instead of the four included. We finally arrived on Koh Lanta over two hours late, even though there was hardly any traffic on the route. All in all, a very unpleasant journey!

The company added a person to our second leg of the van last min and my partner and I were squished next to all the luggages with no room while others had room. We paid extra for space for our luggage too. They shouldn’t have added the extra person last minute.

The vehicle was in time, we left 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. There was a double check if everybody was on board. We had a good, fast comfortabele teip
We needed to switch from vehicle in Krabi. We had very small seats ( these seats were the only one left in the back of the vehicle). That was a little uncomfortable, also because we are both longer than 1,80 meter.
Overal it was a good way to go from Khao Sok to Koh Lanta.
