Jana KLe bus était à l'heure et très propre, la climatisation était très bien réglée. J'ai oublié quelque chose dans le bus et j'ai pu le récupérer le lendemain - très facile et sans problème. La société a répondu très rapidement. Très bon service.

75mariavarela Le bus était en avance et est arrivé tôt à destination, ce qui est très bien. La raison pour laquelle j'ai obtenu 3 étoiles est qu'il y avait un bruit d'indicateur aigu qui s'est déclenché pendant tout le voyage et qui m'a rendu fou.

Brahim Bus to late(1h) and drop off location not in pennang Sentral. Must take a taxi back to pennang Sentral from Terminal Bas Sungai Nibong. My place on the bus was taken by another passenger and the bus was overbooked. My experience with unitite express bus was better in Malaysia.
