No charging points / USB sickets. Eventual arrival albeit 1x hour late.

Passangers who have online ticket really encounter many difficulty. Driver was good. Despite having an online ticket, we faced great difficulties in boarding the bus. Even though we showed the ticket both via email and as a printed copy, nobody seemed to understand it. It appeared that they were not aware of the online ticket system. Experiencing such issues with an online ticket at a bus terminal in a major city like Belgrade was truly disappointing. Furthermore, our questions were almost completely ignored. We later learned that in order to board the bus, two different tickets were actually required. However, at the ticket counter, we were only given one. Because of this, we had problems with the driver. Fortunately, the driver was very kind and understanding, and we were satisfied with his attitude. We sincerely hope that this situation will be corrected as soon as possible so that other passengers do not encounter similar problems in the future. In addition, nobody know english there.

Organized service. The stops are time consuming.

I was terrified for my life. That I arrived safely in the end. The bus was old and squeaked the whole trip. Driver sped the whole time and overtook in a dangerous manner.
