Anonymous Good service overall. There are almost no direct buses from Sarajevo to Srebrenica, so I was pleased to find one. Booking online was very easy, and the journey there was very smooth and pleasant. WiFi on the bus is a real winner, especially for those tourists whose phones don’t work here in Bosnia. The bus from Srebrenica didn’t actually depart from the bus station, this was not clear on the ticket. My friend basically had to chase the bus in his car. It needs to say on the ticket exactly where the bus departs from. The driver was also not happy to accept my e ticket and took some persuading from my Bosnian friend that this was acceptable and that I had already paid. As there is only one bus a day this does need to be clarified.
