Evgenii CThis is probably the best carrier in Thailand and Malaysia. Departure was early in the morning, we agreed on a meeting in advance. Had to wait a little for the bus to arrive. Then the manager was in touch the whole trip to ensure that we had a timely transfer between transport. I highly recommend this carrier. Thank you!
