Jake HArrived 30 minutes early, found what I thought was the bus but couldn't find anyone to ask on the bus for about 10 minutes. The bus did not have the company logo on so I had no idea. Went to the toilet for literally 2 minutes, when I came back the door was closing and the driver was starting to drive off. He had barely started moving when I waved at him to stop, and he basically waved back something along the lines of "f off" and drove off without me. Messaged the hotline and the message didn't even go through on WhatsApp on the number they gave me. Avoid if you can, go with a bigger established travel agency.

Michael JBus was late for pick up, so I was not at the spot, but the driver messaged me and picked me up and took me to the bus. Great service. Comfy bus, it is a really windy road though!

Roger TUncomfortable seats for such a long trip, charging ports not functioning, noisy driver - impossible to get some sleep, not a direct journey - stopping on the way picking up people as if it was a public bus.
The only good thing was that is was punctual and arrived at destination before scheduled.

Maja Pbus was clean and tidy, ride was fine but delayed for almost an hour. also we came to sapa instead at 00:35 at 2:10h... positive thing- operator asweared immediately when we asked where the bus is

Benjamin PWe got a pdf file via email with coordinates to pick us up. We waited 2,5h overtime but the bus do not stay there. We had to communicate via WhatsApp, but this person needs to much time for answering and we thought we will miss our bus. At least the office send us a taxi (they only write they will send us a car) and we got the bus which was a ready on the way to sapa.
This was a really bad experience but not every night bus is like this. You should book the bus over hostel.

Justyna KSeats were ok, a bit too short. The rest was terrible. On the Ha Giang-Sapa trip we stopped only once for the toilet... in the middle of a road, in the bushes! Meanwhile the guy in charge of the trip stopped about 7 times to pick up and deliver some packages he was making some extra money off of. At least half of these stops had an obviously visible toilet, and yet he and the driver refused to let any passenger leave the bus. The company was aware of the situation via Whatsapp, but did not comment.
