Toni IDriver definitely has a racing license but brought us safely to Manila. Seats were comfortable, but don’t choose last row. We had enough breaks. The bus arrived a little bit late but all in all good value for the money.

Ard Jbus 1175 has a very small and tight space...clearly for small sized passenger only...the price does not compensate to the quality of travel the passenger will have ..i hope to see some adjustment to the seat quality or even the price for that matter..

Sol MEven if we booked online, upon checking in at the counter of the bus company, we needed to print out the booking page, unnecessary inconvenience for the clients. Why doesn't the company have a Bluetooth-ready printer? Even if they charge us, it is ok rather than go out and have it printed somewhere else. The Lazyboy chair was defective.

Allyssa NDoes not accept electronic copies of tickets/booking which is paid ahead. They even asked us to print a copy 15 mins before the departure time. Please improve your ticketing service

Ricardo AFirst of all it left on time. Both conductor and driver were very accomodating. The whole trip was compfortable and safe. The ETA provided was also almost perfectly declared.
