Cathal MThis trip just gets you from A to B. Everything else that they advertise doesn’t work. The wifi, tv and other extras don’t work. On our trip specifically the bus driver was also incredibly rude. Any light sleepers would struggle to sleep as he beeps his horn every 2mins even when he was in the mountains around no other cars. There was also some other beeping noise that randomly came on and was very loud and constant.

Clara MPontual and spoke very good English. All was perfect but unfortunately we suffer a car accident. A motorcycle smashed the bus front window and an ambulance had to be called for the motorcyclist.
The support to get a new bus was smooth but the whole experience was a bit overwhelming.

Yana SWhile the train service from Hanoi to Sapa had some drawbacks, such as pushy attempts to upgrade tickets, the train itself was impressive. The cabins were new, with exceptionally clean bed sheets, free snacks, and water. However, the noise level made it challenging to sleep well—consider bringing earplugs. On the return journey, the limousine was more comfortable and faster.

Kerry FPerfectly fine. Really comfortable reclining seats. Great way to get to Sapa. Staff were very helpful and friendly, ensuring everyone found the bus easily.

Leon VGreat cabin, with luxury beds and aircon, charging ports AND A MASSAGE CHAIR?!?! This made the trip highly enjoyable and I highly recommend anyone trying to go to Sapa to use this bus!!

Rosec1981 Bus departed Hanoi half an hour later than booked and arrived in Sapa an hour and a half later than planned. One particularly lengthy stop in Lao Cai for mail unloading.

Audrey LBus was on time, everything went well. There are covers on the bus in case you find the AC too strong. We had two bathroom breaks, one 30 minutes (to eat) and another 10 to 15 minutes break. Just expect some locals to get on board sometimes and be quite loud talking with the driver.
